  1. When entering patient referral, (acc private or insured) if private remove the date of injury and ACC box where the claim number usually goes. We have to enter private in the acc box and use the current date, seems illogical to have to do this.

With online booking up and running the next step would be able to integrate into a online payment gateway i.e. PayPal or for Gensolve to have the ability to take payment online with a third party. Similar functions are available on timely i.e. http://help.gettimely.com/article/255-working-with-paypal

  4. We are having trouble keeping track of when a new AHRR plan needs to be sent by the clinician. We would like to suggest that an alert be sent to the clinician prior to a set no (like the icon on the vendor that warns when you are approaching the end of treatment) and then the alert is sent.

    We are working through and updating both current and historical feature requests.

    To update, regarding your request, this is a subject we have communicated to ACC previously as well as recently so it is on our radar.

    Unfortunately ACC’s guidelines currently still do not include Mx.

  6. When a client books online they cannot be tracked if they came from our Adwords campaign or not. If they were directed back to our website they could be. Can this be added?

  7. Currently, when a User Registers on the Portal using their Known As name, Gensolve duplicates the Client and doesn't match the Client as it is looking for First Name.
    Can we please assess matching by Known As Name if there is one, along with the other matches.

  9. When entering date of injury, day/month/year if the day is 31 but the month you are currently in doesn't have 31 days it auto reverts to 1
    Is it possible to have the date appear blank so this 'glitch' doesn't cause incorrect dates to be entered on ACC forms?

  10. When a new online booking is made, the clinician with whom the booking is made should be able to be notified by SMS. This is most useful, for example, when a booking is made overnight for early the next morning. The therapist may not know that they now have an early patient and may miss the appointment, leading to all sorts of problems.

    Gensolve has embarked on a project to redesign and rebuild our booking portal system from scratch with your suggestions as well as our own ideas in mind. 


    We have engaged with market leading UI/UX designers to inspire the redesign of the booking portal to ensure we bring you the best product possible.


    Some key improvements we have focused on include:

    • Improving usability and reducing clicks
    • Simplifying the pathway needed for a booking, including mandatory selection of modality (physio, chiro, exercise physio etc), location and type of appointment (new or follow up etc). If you don’t have more than one modality or location your clients are not presented with these choices.
    • Adding custom filters for your clinical staff, e.g. shoulder specialist, senior clinician, pilates instructor. These are custom filters input by you.
    • Client back end for managing appointments, payments and client details.
    • Geotargeting for the closest location to your client.

  11. Would it be possible to get 2 or more booking links for one clinic as we are in the unique position of having physio's work at local high schools and would prefer that booking at the school online be an option for the nurses at that school only, not for the general public

  12. When prospects go to our site to book, currently there is no way of tracking the ones that dont complete the booking. We have a conversion rate of 20% of people that go the booking page actually go on to book an appointment. It would be great to get there email sent to us, saying Joe bloggs signed up to book an appointment but didnt actually make one. Then we(our clinic or Gensolve) could send them an email saying, "whoops, sorry we see you didnt book....."

What we would like is once someone has booked an appointment via the online booking portal, when they receive a confirmation email, would it be possible to modify the confirmation email to include a link to an electronic consent form or if this is not possible is it possible to add a response to the confirmation email that is automatically generated that it send another email automatically as well with the link in it.
