New patient email
When entering a new patient they are automatically sent a welcome email with the time of their appointment and details about the clinic and their treating therapist etc.

While it is not currently possible to send an automatic email when a new appointment is booked, Gensolve does have functionality which enables an email to be sent manually via the appointment.
That email would be a 'Custom Forms' type Email Template so that the Custom Consent Form link can be included, but 'welcome' free text information can also be entered within the Template used.

It would be great if the client welcome email could be combined with the link to the smart form so the client receives one email rather than two.

It would be awesome if Gensolve could integrate with something like Clinicapps so there could be many automatic options such as feedback emails sent at selected times also.

Also add an option for them to import the appointment into their calendar (Google / iCal / Outlook)
