  1. Would be good to be able to load an image of signature under each system user and have a merge field in the letters that has the image of the signature that can be inserted into template letters as 'logged in user signature' or similar.

  2. Allow an easy access button available on all screens that allows a provider to notify reception (or all other site users) if they are feeling uncomfortable or want assistance in their treatment room. This is a feature that some other PMS provide.

  6. Notice board for all to see. ie low on tape/ laundry/ creams. physio notices and then puts on board. everybody knows and also the reception team can act on it. Also everybody knows they have done so.
    tick boxes for done, also name of person who has done it.
    we have tried this on facebook but doesn't work well and this intrudes in there personal life.

  7. Hi guys,

    We would appreciate it if we were able to see if events that we have created have been read by those it has been sent to. Currently we ask all staff to reply to events they have been sent but its a bit hit and miss.

    Our physios have also requested the ability to reply to many, and able to see who has been copied in an event (I can see this has also been requested below).

  8. There needs to be a way to enter payments when the whole invoice amount has not been paid rather than just automatically allocating payment to the oldest consults within the invoice. For eg. we might send an invoice for $300 ($250 worth of consults and $50 for a brace) and the insurance company might decide not to pay for the brace but because we gave the brace at the first consult it gets automatically included.

    We are reviewing all current and historical feature requests.

    As mentioned previously, you can enter the actual amount paid manually by overriding the $ amount showing in the Received column on the right when in the Create Payment screen.

    If there are issues around entering part payments for Debtor Invoices created under the Accounting Form, which have multiple items, please contact our Support Team by submitting a ticket or by emailing support@gensolve.com

  9. Need to have ability to work offline in the event of power failure or internet outage, or for home visits. Currently, an internet problem means we cannot continue to treat patients as notes aren't available. We print out daily clinician appointments but unable to make further appointments if internet out.

  10. Please consider changes to email - priority status, able to cc: another recipient, improve how they are recorded in events

    Can the following updates to the email system please be considered:
    1. Able to change the importance status so not all emails out are marked as priority
    2. Able to cc: the email to someone so that you can email a report to more than one person?
    3. In the events, be able to see who the email went to (and copied to if appropriate).
    4. Able to tell what documents were attached to the email from the event screen…

    We are reviewing both current feature requests as well as historical requests.

    To update, there have been feature enhancements in the emailer function over the last couple of years including the ability to cc, the ability to send to or cc entities linked to the Client using the ‘Suggestions’ feature and within the Event it should show the name of the attachment sent within the Event Details.

  11. Problem: ACC Case Manager sends provider an email that needs to be recorded against the client record. At the moment, providers cut and paste the email into an event. Solution. Have an email address for system users (like Evernote) so that they can forward emails from their main address into the Gensolve inbox for attaching to the client record. (Ie like the Healthlink inbox). Add a tick box to indicate if this email needs to be included in the medical notes report.

  12. My old PMS had an audio ping when a patient was arrived by the front desk. I find this useful, if not essential to keeping myself from goingover with patients.

  14. Date of Treatment to be the item date on receipts, not the date of invoice. We have weekly complaints from our patients and/or their health-funds as we do require the actual treatment details in the receipt, not the invoice details, as our patients take this receipt to their health-fund to claim their rebate. The health-fund needs to have a record of the actual treatment date to process the claim. Most of the health-funds won’t pay against an invoice, it has to be the receipt of payment.   15. There is a revenue per clinican function in the analytics, there is also a separate function of products sold (by clinician/product). Would it be possible to combine these two functions to develop a true picture of revenue generated by that employee, and better still, to divide this by the numbers of appt's- so the analysis can develop a true picture of revenue generated per appt.

    In podiatry for example, some clinicians are stronger in product sales (eg. orthotics), which generate more follow ups (lesser fees per appt), but higher product sales, resulting in higher total fees per patient, but lower…

  17. We have set up some highlights on clients for particular things – like vulnerable client / risky client / deceased. However, when operating in the contract area, there’s no highlighting that shows up, most of the time we operate out of the contract area, as we bill thorugh ACC contracts, so we might not ever notice the highlighting – is there a way we can have this highlighting come through into the contracts area please.

We'd like to be able to add email templates into the contract area, and also have more 'available tags' such as the contract type, the CM’s first name, the lead provider’s first and surname, the lead provider’s phone number and email address. The most common place we'll email from would be to the CM (so the envelope beside the CM's email address) and from the letter and uploads tab.

  19. We use a number of Word templates and upload them into Gensolve - adding in the merge fields we need, this is a really handy feature. We would like to be able to do the same with excel workbooks, as we have costing forms that are in excel (necessarily, because they have formulas, so we can't use Word) that we would like to upload to Gensolve and then have the ability to merge with our client / contract information.
