    While it is not currently possible to send an automatic email when a new appointment is booked, Gensolve does have functionality which enables an email to be sent manually via the appointment.

    That email would be a 'Custom Forms' type Email Template so that the Custom Consent Form link can be included, but 'welcome' free text information can also be entered within the Template used.

    There should not be a need to email an Invoice if the Client is paying on the day of the appointment, but to check out emailing options, please feel free to contact our Support team who will be able to help further.

    Earlier in the year we added the 'Email Suggestions' function, which enables a list of entities linked to the Client to be chosen as a cc or bcc on an email.

    This function can be viewed via the Release Notes.

    Thanks for sending in your feature request.

    There could be an issue around auditing and ACC guidelines regarding this, as when an Exam is 'opened' that starts the creation process.

    This function is already available as part of our Custom/Smart Forms functionality.

    They can be emailed to the Client

    The Product Sales Details Report, would be the report to get this data.

    It lists the Total for each product, Qty, buy price, sell price and total profit.

    This is found under the Business reports subsection of the main form Reports.

    Whilst we don't currently have the ability to lock out the appointment screen with a passcode, we do have some features that provide added security in this area.

    INACTIVITY TIME OUT
    It is now possible to set an inactivity time out for particular users. This can be done via Administration -> System Users, click the pencil on the relevant user and then adjust the timeout for inactivity.

    HIDE CLIENT NAMES
    Gensolve has the ability via the shortcut Ctrl+H to hide client names on the appointment book.

    MFA Two factor authentication
    We have recently rolled out the ability to add two-factor authentication to a user's login.

    To clarify, under the General Health tab>Red Flags, there is a free text field for 'Other Flags'.

    If an other Flag is entered and no red flag boxes are checked, a red flag will still show on the Client appointment as it is linking to the 'other flag'.

    Under the Medical History tab, there are free text fields for Illness and Family History.

    Thanks for sending your suggestion through.

    This function is already available in Gensolve.

    As long as you have a valid email address using your Vendors verified domain, linked to your System User>Email Settings, when you use the Gensolve emailer, your address will auto-populate in the 'From' field.

    We are currently working through a process to catalogue all requests to allow a more user friendly way for you as the client to view.

    We'll look into whether it is possible to change the date format/view.

    Gensovle has a very good up time 99.98% on average and if by chance you do have a power outage then you are able to as per the other comments use a laptop and hot spot. Everyone can view our up time and any outages on our status page. http://status.gensolve.com/

    Gensolve Web version is now being updated constantly and we are now adding in more and more exams and other areas. It might be worth having a look at this area. https://augpm.gensolve.com/login

    Hi,
    Great request, I can see how having multiple items open at once could be an advantage.
    As a quick work around you can open Gensovle more than once on your PC by right clicking on the Gensovle icon. This may be a little clunky but you will be able to have both the Notes and the Review open at once on separate screens.

    Thanks for the suggestion, it has prompted us to review our processes in this area and we will be adding in UserVoice information to our release notes.
    At the bottom of your Gensolve screen you can see the version number and it will appear as "Application Version: 6.7.0.287 Release"
