  1. Would be good to be able to load an image of signature under each system user and have a merge field in the letters that has the image of the signature that can be inserted into template letters as 'logged in user signature' or similar.

  2. Have the choice to either email or sms reminders to patients. So those patients who do not have cell phone coverage can receive their reminder. Also we have noticed that many patients tend to skim read sms messages but read emails. This has lead a number of misunderstandings about date, time or place of treatment.

  4. Allow an easy access button available on all screens that allows a provider to notify reception (or all other site users) if they are feeling uncomfortable or want assistance in their treatment room. This is a feature that some other PMS provide.

  5. WOuld be nice to develop an instant chat on Gensolve and be able to run it in real time between those loggged in, in real time, like google chat or alike, but have it linked into a client, faster than pop ups through events, and also instant...

  7. When patients book on online, will there be an option in the future where patients can cancel or change their appointment if they need to. I know that the Osteopath software options allow this and it was bought up with me today and so just passing it on as a possible addition.

  8. When entering a new patient they are automatically sent a welcome email with the time of their appointment and details about the clinic and their treating therapist etc.

  9. It would be useful, if, when sending a letter/DC via healthlink to be able to cc to the another provider - eg GP,referrer, specialist etc.

  10. Currently when a service price increase is set we have to go through our entire appointment book of future appointments to reset the new price increase. This means clicking on each patient in the appointment book and clicking on the service charge. Can there be an option when we set a new service charge an option pops up asking if we want to apply the new charge to all future booked appointments with that service charge on the book. A much needed feature as it takes hours to manually set the new price for future appointments.

  11. Spellcheck would be excellent for our staff using Gensolve as they often have to write long notes and have to continually review spelling etc.

  12. Notice board for all to see. ie low on tape/ laundry/ creams. physio notices and then puts on board. everybody knows and also the reception team can act on it. Also everybody knows they have done so.
    tick boxes for done, also name of person who has done it.
    we have tried this on facebook but doesn't work well and this intrudes in there personal life.

  13. Some of us are getting older. And the default font size on the clinical notes forms is small. Can we have an option to increase the font size of the form headings and data - the same way you can increase the font size on the appointment diary. Thanks.

  14. Would be good to be able to edit a Recurrence. At the moment if a Recurrence needs to be changed (notes, duration etc) all the appointments have to be deleted and a new recurrence needs to be created.

  15. Need to have ability to work offline in the event of power failure or internet outage, or for home visits. Currently, an internet problem means we cannot continue to treat patients as notes aren't available. We print out daily clinician appointments but unable to make further appointments if internet out.

  16. Please consider changes to email - priority status, able to cc: another recipient, improve how they are recorded in events

    Can the following updates to the email system please be considered:
    1. Able to change the importance status so not all emails out are marked as priority
    2. Able to cc: the email to someone so that you can email a report to more than one person?
    3. In the events, be able to see who the email went to (and copied to if appropriate).
    4. Able to tell what documents were attached to the email from the event screen …

  17. There needs to be a way to enter payments when the whole invoice amount has not been paid rather than just automatically allocating payment to the oldest consults within the invoice. For eg. we might send an invoice for $300 ($250 worth of consults and $50 for a brace) and the insurance company might decide not to pay for the brace but because we gave the brace at the first consult it gets automatically included.

  19. Problem: ACC Case Manager sends provider an email that needs to be recorded against the client record. At the moment, providers cut and paste the email into an event. Solution. Have an email address for system users (like Evernote) so that they can forward emails from their main address into the Gensolve inbox for attaching to the client record. (Ie like the Healthlink inbox). Add a tick box to indicate if this email needs to be included in the medical notes report.

  20. We have had quite a few patients noting/complaining that online booking is quite confusing and we agree that it is not user-friendly.
    Possible alterations could be:
    - Moving the booking a class box as most people go on initially and think they are booking in a class and aren't quite sure how to book an appointment

    As well as that we have had a couple of patients lately come in thinking they had booked an appointment but they hadn't completed the process online so there may be some fine-tuning needed there to ensure bookings are completed/confirmed.
