  1. Often we're switching back and forth between clinicians to look for times that suit both of us to either catch up, or do a double with a patient.
    It would be awesome if somehow there was the option to overlay 2 clinicians diaries to see available gaps that work for both practitioners

  3. Once Commission Batches are created for each pay cycle, it would be great to be able to print out a summary of that period (ie name of clinician and commission due) in a spreadsheet so it can be easily transferred to a payroll program such as MYOB

  8. Have an ACC7428 loaded into the Gensolve application to allow for auto populating and having it automatically attached to a patient's ACC condition - the same as an ACC32.

  10. When we treat a private patient (non-ACC) for a hand injury we are asked to complete the ACC splinting charge. Any splints will be charged directly to the patient. Can this step be taken out of the process so the "S" for splinting does not appear on Private patients treatments

  11. When adding an address, Gensolve gives predicted suggestions. But it does not add the CITY. This is a required field when claiming online for Medicare. Often admin need to go back and fill in when trying to claim

  13. Certificate of Capacity is a regular form now completed by allied health in NSW for insurered/workcover patients. This is set PDF template. It would be great to have this as a form template with autofill in the generic areas. This would reduce admin time significantly for therapists completing these.   15. PEPTALKR is a program that automates email, SMS and forms with ease. Currently it integrates with Cliniko but it would be an awesome feature to move Gensolve to another level. https://peptalkr.com.au

  16. Currently find it hard to write notes towards end of day/late at night due to not being able to subtly increase size of text with zoom in functionality or subtle increase in text. Note currently its either small or large text sizes and it's something it's not very user friendly.

  20. There is no address set up in healthlink ACC to send to escmednotes@acc.co.nz Is this something you can organise like the other acc email addresses so an event automatically goes into the patient file
