  3. On the online booking page it would be useful to be able to add more information (a small blurb), that is individualised to your clinic. For example information about the days, hours available or about practitioners who may not be available to make appointments with online. Thanks

  4. I would like to explore the use of chrome books for our staff. We have 20 laptops in use each with Gensolve. Chrome books are faster, cheaper and reliable and would save our business money and time. At present Gensolve uses word and the office suite. Is there a way currently to use Google docs rather than word? If not is there any plan to have this functionality. We use Google docs and Drive for our management and intranet and I think our business would operate better again if we were able to use the chrome book.

    To update information since this suggestion was created, the reason the main desktop version of Gensolve cannot run on Chromebooks is because they do not have a Windows operating system.


    We are however in the final stages of development and testing for a brand new Web version of Gensolve which will be rolled out in the near future.  This version will include the ability to create medical notes for example and is aimed at full Clinician use.  It will be able to be accessed via any browser on any device so look out for communication on that in the coming months.

  6. Able to show the fee or copayment for the appointment being booked. This could be as the initial or follow up filter is chosen or as additional text about the clinic somewhere on the page? An additional text area will also allow us to include opening hours, parking etc. Also allow client to write in a note when booking which might be injury type or something similar?

  8. Could we please request the need for an email to be sent to the applicable practitioner that has had a booking made using the GPM Online Booking Portal.
    This would be particularly beneficial notifying practitioners out of hours that they have had a booking made to their schedule.

    To update, Gensolve has embarked on a project to redesign and rebuild our booking portal system from scratch with your suggestions as well as our own ideas in mind. We have engaged with market leading UI/UX designers to inspire the redesign of the booking portal to ensure we bring you the best product possible.

    Some key improvements we have focused on include:

    • Improving usability and reducing clicks
    • Simplifying the pathway needed for a booking, including mandatory selection of modality (physio, chiro, exercise physio etc), location and type of appointment (new or follow up etc). If you don’t have more than one modality or location your clients are not presented with these choices.
    • Adding custom filters for your clinical staff, e.g. shoulder specialist, senior clinician, pilates instructor. These are custom filters input by you.
    • Client back end for managing appointments, payments and client details.
    • Geotargeting for the closest location to your…
  9. When a client cancels their appointment, can we see the cancellations in the same place as you see the No Shows (exclamation mark). I know that there is a report that you can run and you can get to see the cancellations, but would be much easier to see and access that information quicker

  10. There is no place in the package for clinicians to list the patient's current medications, particularly with those patients who are on a lot of medications that have been prescribed by other practitioners.

  13. I am trying to run a report against an insurer that shows up all the appointments for that specific insurer only

    We would like to request to be able to customise some of the fields on the 'Referrer Details' screen.
    For example it would be useful to be able to add/modify the 'Title' drop down list.

  18. For businesses wanting a 'month to date' analysis of their business performance, it would be good to be able to select this in 'Set Period to'.

    Month to date can currently be selected manually, but a quick 1 step process would offer better functionality for what can be a daily task.
