Alert/panic button setting on Gensolve for providers to alert reception
Allow an easy access button available on all screens that allows a provider to notify reception (or all other site users) if they are feeling uncomfortable or want assistance in their treatment room. This is a feature that some other PMS provide.

we have to provide some sort of communication device for "panic button". at the moment we are resorting to a bell in each treatment room. A panic button on Gensolve that sends to all users, maybe making their screen flash red would be extremely useful -

GREAT IDEA! I would have thought this would be an essential H+S option for all users. As long as you could have the option of turning it on/off as required.

Medtech has this and the number of false alarms make this almost useless. almost better with a wireless door bell system.

Yes I think this is a great idea. My office is at the back of the building and I would appreciate a quick way to ask for assistance or get help.
