  1. Spellcheck would be excellent for our staff using Gensolve as they often have to write long notes and have to continually review spelling etc.

  3. On the DNA Cancellations report, could we have an extra column that shows the next appt that the client has if one has been rebooked?
    That way we can easily tell if we need to contact them to rebook. Currently we have to check the appt, then the client then the future appts..... takes ages

  5. be warned that the time and day with particular clinician is already being booked by another user - ie when you have more than one receptionist or the clinician themselves are rebooking but the space has already been opened to book client in - the warning would not let you go ahead with booking or it would say "this time is being edited by another user" - so no double bookings or having to ring one of the clients back to change due to double up.

  6. A Loan Equipment List that ideally would look similar to the waiting list feature, that would have client's name;
    the equipment they have borrowed or hired;
    (with a date, and possibly expected time on loan);
    and then be able to delete it on the return of the equipment.

  8. The option of searching for an initial or follow up appointment on the online booking portal needs to be more predominant when searching for an appointment, as most don't even notice it.

    Maybe in the initial search bar "Find an available..." it could include initial or follow up

  9. Can we please have a tick box next to the client's email address field so that we can record that a client's email address is confirmed? Currently we send an email to clients, that they need to reply to before we can send any confidential information. A tick box would mean that the confirmation email only needs to be sent once.

  10. It would be great if any exercise program generated for a client could then be inserted into the exercises field for easy recall/ viewing.

  11. Currently when you tick the "Post op" tick box in the splinting screen, the box doesn't stay ticked for the next appointment, and some therapists end up charging splinting as HT03 instead of HT13 in error. Can the Tick box stay ticked for subsequent post op appointments?

  12. Merge duplicate clients automatically - if name and date of birth are the same, then merge according to latest available information. If some are similar, then ask if want to merge (eg. Mike and Michael). Also delete blank placeholder names (with no additional data except name).

  14. When sending a message via Healthlink. Would be helpful to be able to use Templates to prepopulate the message. It would work the same as the templates you can create for emails.

  15. It would be great if we could have an additional person allowed in a telehealth consultation. This would allow for clinicians to observe and/or collaborte with other clinicians for example during peer review process, or a clinician sitting in on a Physiotherapy specialist review.

  20. There needs to be more tags in the email templates
    Especially needed are client DoB, NHI, claim number and DoI
    No point having tag for some but not all basic client information
