What we would like is once someone has booked an appointment via the online booking portal, when they receive a confirmation email, would it be possible to modify the confirmation email to include a link to an electronic consent form or if this is not possible is it possible to add a response to the confirmation email that is automatically generated that it send another email automatically as well with the link in it.

  4. We have had quite a few patients noting/complaining that online booking is quite confusing and we agree that it is not user-friendly.
    Possible alterations could be:
    - Moving the booking a class box as most people go on initially and think they are booking in a class and aren't quite sure how to book an appointment

    As well as that we have had a couple of patients lately come in thinking they had booked an appointment but they hadn't completed the process online so there may be some fine-tuning needed there to ensure bookings are completed/confirmed.

  5. Have a symbol or something come up automatically for under 18 patients that you can see across the top of the front screen so you don't ring and ask to speak to a six year old.

  6. Simply order the clinicans on online booking when looking at the location as a whole. i.e. currently it is Sam, James then Julie and i want it to show as James, Julie and then Sam last.

  10. Would be good to be able to change the status of an appointment without having to revert to Confirmed. (ex change from no show set fee to no show no charge) When you revert to confirmed it is easy to lose the reason for cancellation for example. Also would be good to be able to change the reason for cancellation without having to revert to confirmed and do the whole process again.

  12. Sometimes we have clients who present themselves as undesirable persons to let into our clinic (indecent exposure, sexual assault, fail to pay etc). I would dearly love an option to block them from booking online. I currently use highlights to alert us to such persons but to stop their ability to book online would assist us in keeping them out of our system.

    Gensolve has embarked on a project to redesign and rebuild our booking portal system from scratch with your suggestions as well as our own ideas in mind. We have engaged with market leading UI/UX designers to inspire the redesign of the booking portal to ensure we bring you the best product possible.


    Some key improvements we have focused on include:


    • Improving usability and reducing clicks
    • Simplifying the pathway needed for a booking, including mandatory selection of modality (physio, chiro, exercise physio etc), location and type of appointment (new or follow up etc). If you don’t have more than one modality or location your clients are not presented with these choices.
    • Adding custom filters for your clinical staff, e.g. shoulder specialist, senior clinician, pilates instructor. These are custom filters input by you.
    • Client back end for managing appointments, payments and client details.
    • Geotargeting for the closest location to your client.

  13. Currently, when a User Registers on the Portal using their Known As name, Gensolve duplicates the Client and doesn't match the Client as it is looking for First Name.
    Can we please assess matching by Known As Name if there is one, along with the other matches.

  14. when booking in new third party appointments, the program needs to have a feature which will alert that all approved appointments have been used rather than allowing continual rebooking of appointments without approval.

  19. When entering date of injury, day/month/year if the day is 31 but the month you are currently in doesn't have 31 days it auto reverts to 1
    Is it possible to have the date appear blank so this 'glitch' doesn't cause incorrect dates to be entered on ACC forms?
