Editing a recurrence
Would be good to be able to edit a Recurrence. At the moment if a Recurrence needs to be changed (notes, duration etc) all the appointments have to be deleted and a new recurrence needs to be created.

Purchase order number on 'All Contracts' page
It would be useful to be able to see the Purchase order number on the main screen of the All contracts page; this would be helpful when looking at a client who has multiple contracts to see if any are being approved under previously allocated purchase order numbers.

Inactive Clinician and reporting
When we make a clinician inactive they no longer appear in reports, even though they were active in the report date range.
This means we have to constantly activate/inactivate our clinicians to get the correct data reported - and we have to remember when a clinician was made inactive.

A simple report for patients that have not rebooked so that you can follow up and avoid lost clients for each practitioner

Gensolve integration with Lantern Pay (TAC payment portal).
There are currently around nine practice management programs that integrate with Lantern Pay but unfortunately Gensolve is not one of them. It would save considerable time and minimise the risk of errors when submitting invoices if Gensolve was integrated to Lantern Pay.

No Show history
Under the client details 'full history' have a category to see past history of No Show appointments. Easily be able to see number of times a client has not turned up in the past.

Cancelling appointments.
When you cancel an appointment and go to save and rebook it automatically goes to the following week. This can be confusing if all you want to do is move the appointment to the next day. Can end up with booking errors.

Gensolve Client Names
It has only just come to my attention that when an event displays on your computer regarding a particular client, that client’s name will automatically display in the main name field, replacing the person you are currently working on. So if you are working on making appts for a particular client and you receive such an event, before you know it you can be creating appts under the wrong name Is there any way of stopping this from happening?

have the time of appointment easily seen on the appointment - having to read off the line values is not very clear
When looking at the diary of clients - it is not very clear on the exact time of the appointment without having to trace the line back to the time line on the left
I suggest having the exact appointment time on the booking information - I feel for me it is more important than seeing information that is to do with billing5 votes -
Add patient to all classes in one block when buying membership
When a patient buys a membership you should be able to add them to every class in block instead of having to add them manually each week. For example: our pilates classes run in 8 week blocks so when someone buys an 8 week membership we should be able to add them to all 8 classes in that block in one go

Editing an invoice's header text, creditor, invoice notes etc without blocking the rest of Gensolve
When editing certain parts of an invoice or creating/editing a debtor/creditor you cannot use the rest of gensolve until the operation is completed. Would be good to keep all of Gensolve enabled at all times

"Action this to..." when uploading documents
Have the ability to action an uploaded document to the required person and have it appear, with the link, in that persons events, much like the "action this to..' feature when creating letters. Therefore when a radiology report, specialist letter etc gets uploaded the physio can be notified and go to the link immediately. Thanks

Complete template for NDIS bulk upload to Proda
Have the NDIS have the current formatting required by Proda for a bulk upload.
Adding the missing columns (Hours, Cancellation reason etc.) - have cells for in each column formatted in accordance with requirements of proda for bulk upload.
Have the Cancellation reason automatically populate
Attached template provided by Proda, and PDF around formatting and information required

Feel it would be very useful to have radio buttons to complete the ‘Respone to last treatment’ as in the full notes versionAnd also Boxes to type in NPRS - at least one - to measure overall pain. But ideally if room, Best, Worse and Average since last session, this may not have to be completed every session but is great way to quickly see progress, and something that I feel is missing from the SOTAP version
