Create Pop up for internal / cross-referrals wihtin the clinic
It would really help the clinical team to have a pop up created when they set up an internal cross referral within the clinical team. It would help if it was set up for the person referred too so they could see the referral, read and discuss prior to the appointment with the referring clinician if required.

Client Cancelled but did not rebook
In the reports it would be great to have a report called 'Client Cancelled but did not rebook', so you can manage easily the clients that are cancelling their appointments and need to be checked on by your clinical team.

Connecting Pop Ups
We currently are finding a big gap in our client management due to the pop up connections to admin teams, although this will affect the clinical team too. It would be hugely beneficial if we could share a pop across a team and then one of the team had addressed it and ticked as completed it went from everyone in that team. Currently no one is quite sure if it has been completed or not.

Link services to rooms for website online bookings
This is a problem I am sure more businesses must be having. We have therapists that work in multiple areas, so Pilates, Physio, Running Coaches, Massage Therapists.
We need ot be able to add people to the web portal without it being all their services, just the ones we are interested in trialing online.
The seoncd par tof this problem is making sure a room is available to book a client into when they book online. Our rooms a more flux in use to maximise the time they are utilised, so we need to know someone cannot book a massage…3 votes -
Online Class Bookings
At present when classes are booked the system can recognise that a clinician is available but not if the room or equipment is available. Essentially if people are booking for a Reformer session the system looks for an available clinician but not available reformers so it can lead to double bookings.
It would also be useful if when booking in for Pilates classes you could only book a class level previously attended - this would stop clients booking classes for Pilates when they have not completed an introductory session, messing the rest of the class up. If gensolve recognises the…

No shows
When a client no shows and is charged could we have that appointment on the drop down list of appointments. It would really help if it showed up on the front end. If it could be in faint font similar to the appointment list under the clients name.

Adding photos or videos to client notes, increasingly used now in our modern world for client buy in and understanding
It would be great to be able to take photos or videos of clients and add them to the notes on Gensolve for later reference to show progress to clients. Everything all in one place to make it easier for the therapist to manage the client in front of them

Hyperlink available in events
Add hyprlinks in events so there is an easy cross communication between gensolve and google documents. At the ,moment you have to copy and paste any links that are placed in the event text

Client classification for classes
We need to classify clients attending certain Pilates class as they are not eligible, there is no way to classify what classes client can and can not attend. If you make a note on the main client page it doesn't show up when you are adding a client to the class as you are entering a client from a different section of gensolve. This is only going to get worse as we increase the number of classes we have.

Automatically going to client in main form when you are dealing with them in accountancy side.
When I am part paying off or re-assiging debtors in the accountancy side can Gensolve take me automatically to that client in the main form section?

auto population
We have set up appointment template e-mails but it does not auto populate time and date or clinican name. Please can we have this as there is a massive chance of mistakes and this is a gap in our service.
