This is great when a message needs to be sent through to clinician without disturbing them. Also when reception is super busy and not able to catch clinicians in between patients.

We recently swapped from Smartsoft to Gen Solve and this is one feature I really miss. Would Oscar please explain why it would be more beneficial for Gen Solve users to integrate into a chat service?

We believe it would be more beneficial for everyone to integrate into chat services like https://slack.com/ where Gensolve could "talk" as a service in a chat room when system events happen, like a new appointment, a new payment, etc. , instead of creating a chat ourselves.

This would be an excellent feature. Very useful for practitioners and reception staff to be able to communicate instantly without speaking in front of patients.
This feature had been successfully implemented in Smartsoft's Front Desk software and we used it regularly. -

Sounds good. Pop ups sometimes take too long.

Great idea. It would be very useful for multi-site practices instead of skype (which we currently use) especially where admin is in one location and therapists in others.
