    I would think the ambulance would be the person to call first and foremost. In which case they could access the next of kin on the NHI database? But still, not a bad idea.

    Definitely need this. However, users would need to realise that only one person in the clinic could be booking the next appointment for patients, otherwise there is the risk of double booking patients.

  8. Add name and phone number field for a childs parent or guardian with option to default to this number for txt reminders
