  2. Incorporate Book Again options into Right Click menu rather than as an extra window/menu and double movement. Edit Client, View Letter + Uploads & New Letters already exist in top menu so do they need to be repeated here?

  4. For online bookings could there be an area for their address as we are unable to follow up and send accounts to no shows because Baycorp require a physical address.

  5. Booking classes on-line is really clunky if your clinic has more than just a few classes in one location. The long list of days and times is awkward to navigate for clients. Available classes could be displayed on a calendar, or could be searchable, i.e. sort by type of class or time of day to reduce the list they see.

    Gensolve has embarked on a project to redesign and rebuild our booking portal system from scratch with your suggestions as well as our own ideas in mind. 


    We have engaged with market leading UI/UX designers to inspire the redesign of the booking portal to ensure we bring you the best product possible.


    Some key improvements we have focused on include:

    • Improving usability and reducing clicks
    • Simplifying the pathway needed for a booking, including mandatory selection of modality (physio, chiro, exercise physio etc), location and type of appointment (new or follow up etc). If you don’t have more than one modality or location your clients are not presented with these choices.
    • Adding custom filters for your clinical staff, e.g. shoulder specialist, senior clinician, pilates instructor. These are custom filters input by you.
    • Client back end for managing appointments, payments and client details.
    • Geotargeting for the closest location to your client.

  6. When choosing a treatment to book online, clients have suggested it would be useful for the corresponding dollar value of the treatment chosen to pop up so they can make an informed decision about booking or not.

  7. Clients have asked that the option for using their email address instead of a random user name as their email address is much easier to remember. If they forget the random user name there is no way of booking without a new registration.

  8. For non-ACC patients (e.g. Neuro) we record a huge variety of outcome measures, often done on different days and over a long period. The outcome measures box only allows to record findings from 6 different days. I would like to see this extended to an unlimited amount, so we can trace progress/ decline over time.

  9. When you email from Gensolve and it creates an event it would be great to be able to select an event type from this screen rather than have to go to events and change it from email out to something more appropriate.

  10. It would be fabulous to be able to direct patients to a particular consultation type from a URL. I.e. new patients could click an online link that would take them directly to an Initial Consultation appointment - this is especially useful for practices that utilise different time frames for different appointment types, so that patients can't book a half hour session for what is required to be a one hour consultation.

  11. When clients book online, having an automated pop-up drop down tab to make them select which type of appointment they are having ie. Initial client/Follow up/TCM Initial/TCM follow up/Private 1 hour.

  12. Make Dishcarged conditions available when booking in a new appointment on the new appointment screen.

    When choosing that condition, you could also make it automatically ask if you want to undischarge, and put the info into that box.

    Right now, you need to click Ref/Inv/Dx, look up the particular condition, undischarge it, put in the details, open up the new appointment screen and then pick that condition out. Having it available on that screen would speed things up significantly

  15. We have an additional dropdown for discounts e.g. 15% off for gold card under the treatment charge. When booking new appointments, this doesn't carry over to the next appointment, which makes us look terrible in front of patients! Can the discounts carry over automatically?

  16. Currently it is time consuming to complete client ACC appts, as you have to go into the client apt history to make sure claim has been accepted. It would be easy if a symbol (A) could appear on any further apts, to show quickly that this claim has been accepted and can be completed.

  17. When booking client ahead of time and the last appointment available for that claim has also been entered then all appointments to the end date have a # symbol. This tells me that each appointment is the last where in fact it is not. This causes much confusion on quick glance and often a quick glance is all the Physiotherapist can spare. It would be great if the # was reserved for the last appointment only.

  19. We have a few clients who have multiple conditions with the same claim no. or DVA no. on them and can't work out which is the current. Having 'discharged' written on them would resolve this
