Please allow statements to show Cr and Dr transactions
Please allow statements to show Cr and Dr transactions. This is particularly useful for clients that don't pay the full invoiced amount in one payment, and allows them to see that their payments have been getting reconciled.

Make Patients Non-Active
Would like to be able to make clients that move away / haven't been seen in sometime inactive. You could then have the choice to search all patients or just those that are active.

Locking letters and uploads
Can we have a feature that gives us the option to allow only certain clinicians to view documents but it is locked to all others?

When an ACC45 expires, can the remaining splinting also be expired?
When an ACC45 expires, the remaining treatments automatically expire. It would be great if any remaining splinting could also be expired/returned to $0 so that therapists don't allocate it incorrectly.

When loading a patient as Private, could the splinting amount default to $0.00
With ACC and NSH patients, the amount of splinting automatically uploads to $345.00. To ensure no mistakes, perhaps the Privately loaded patients could automatically upload to $0.00

Client Booking View Preferences
Useful to have the ability to change the booking view, i.e default is showing the room number then the client name. Could be useful to have the ability to swap these around

An automatic refresh of screen so screen automatically updates any cancellations

Appointment status change without having to Revert to Confirmed
Would be good to be able to change the status of an appointment without having to revert to Confirmed. (ex change from no show set fee to no show no charge) When you revert to confirmed it is easy to lose the reason for cancellation for example. Also would be good to be able to change the reason for cancellation without having to revert to confirmed and do the whole process again.

Showing both preferred name and correct name in snapshot
Useful to show both preferred name and correct name in snapshot especially when searching for client in appointment book. ie. one name could be shown in brackets

Autoschedule SMS - have the ability to SMS classes a different message than the appointment message.
When we currently autoschedule sms reminders we can check the box that reminds them of classes too. But this send out a sms template that reminds them of the physio appointment. It would be good if we could separate the two groups and create a template that send the classes a reminder but not the rest of the people that have appointments. So they don't get 2 messages.

Multiple consent forms to be printed at once
When there are several new patients booked in across many practitioners, to be able to select and highlight those new patients and do one command to print all their consent forms off at once, rather than going into each individual name and printing consent forms one at a time.

Client Cancellations
When a client cancels their appt, can it still be shown in their charges area so that we can see by quick viewing how many cancellations they have done, rather than have to create a report.

Online booking - Show Clinician's full day but highlight times that are not available
This is to show that the Clinic is open all day but rather than hide the existing appointments, that they are highlighted to show that time is not available.

New Patient Colour
Addition of "New Patient" to Drop Down List (Arrived, With Practitioner, Arrived, Completed etc).
Due to the lag time involved with Gensolve, we have trouble with both the receptionist and practitioner trying to enter details at the same time (New Patient Form and notes etc) on different computers. One of us will get shut out and have to reboot the system. A new colour and code will allow us to convert each new patient at time of booking and still alert us to the fact that they are a NEW patient when arriving.4 votes
