Linking Occupation fields
can Gensolve link all occupation fields once entered? Often doesnt link when entered in Client details, then move to write notes for client & have to re enter the occupation details again = wasted time

Search function for drop down menu for occupation
Would it be possible for us to change how the searching within the Occupation list works. So that if you type Teacher, all Occupations with the word Teacher within come up as an option.
Currently if you type Teacher, only those with Teacher at the beginning come up. You have to know what you are searching. For a Secondary Teacher, you have to search using the word Secondary first.

Allowing to change the fix spaces of details entered
If we could change the size of the empty boxes that we fill, ie: for treatment detail, I might want a bigger box space rather than needing to scroll down in the box to see what I have done. Much easier to see what I have done overall

Please can you make quick appointments copyable and repeatable. This will save me alot of time in my diary
Quick appointments should be able to be copied and repeated - just like the coloured clinician appointments.

MBI Report and Internal Exam charged to ACC through Service Charge - not Misc. Billing
We would like it to be possible for MBI Report and Internal Exam charges to be charged to ACC through Service Charges instead of Misc. billing.

Tick Boxes
The tick boxes at the bottom of the Analysis/Treatment/Plan page do not show up on the Notes Report. These tick boxes are critical for proving informed consent and are a must have in our notes that go to ACC and Auditors.
The tick boxes for VBI do not appear when marked with "-" either. This is important as evidence we have screened for these symptoms, whereas currently it just appears we haven't done this.1 vote -
ACC32 application to have a heading especially post surgery treatment and splinting
So when ACC32 request is sent to ACC and the client has since had surgery and now requires more treatment or splinting . There is an obvious heading on the front of the application to draw attention that this is post operative request so hopefully can speed the approval process up with ACC .

Text Shortcut User Restriction
Add a restriction in the User Roles Access list for Text Shortcuts to create for 'User Only' rather than creating for all so that the list doesn't get overly long, with select user roles having full access (similar to the Contract Restrictions where you can restrict the user access role to view/edit contracts to the lead or a linked provider only).

Rebooking appointments
To carry over service type when using the book again function so it doesn't need to be manually changed each time. As most rebooking will be the same sevice type after the initial. Eg ,ACC F/u

Extra space next to phone numbers for extra info
It is often a parent or carer that we are contacting when making phone calls - it would be great to have a extra box next to the phone number so you can make a note who the phone number is for.

Sending discharge report via healthling the clinets GP should come up
Currently when we try to send a discharge report via healthlink we cannot select the clients GP automatically, we have to select the GP from another provider drop down box

To be able to click a link on a Discharge reports (or other report or letter) to send via healthlink to clinets GP or specialist, like we can with email by clicking the envelope

Editable online booking confirmation
The confirmation email the client receives is editable. We wish to let clients know that if they have an initial appointment they will receive online forms via email to fill in.

Can you stop the examination notes from automatically copying into the treatment section
Can you stop the examination notes from automatically copying into the treatment page and the general health section. Also if you delete from either of the copied sections it deletes the examination notes. many thanks

Also if we could add to the red flags to tailor them to the ones we have on our patient form that would be great.

Clinician Search Function
A search bar feature similiar to the one for System Users, which would allow use to search through our list of Clinicians, rather than having to scroll. We have 300+ clinicians listed and a way of finding a name or specific type would be preferable.
