  2. Create a tick box and 'reason for inactivation', that allows us to inactivate a patient. This would allow us to pull a report for how many active patients we have, also to be able to report on reasons why patients are inactive.

  3. We would like to be able to track refunds that have been processed. Currently, we can view them within the Client Payments Report, however trying to find them within the many processed payments is not efficient. I have tried exporting to Excel and filtering but the way it exports (merged cells etc) means filtering by payment is not possible - I have to copy the data and paste it into a new spreadsheet, and then I can filter the data to see only the refunds.

  4. We have all different sizes of screens and the therapist usually have a much smaller screen (laptops) so the ability to scroll the screen so they can see the full window which they are working in would be super helpful!!

  5. It would be good to have the option of restricting practitioners/system users from moving appointments. Ideally we'd like to see the appointments being cancelled and then rescheduled as opposed to just moving appointment.

  6. I would love it to be the F12 key to SAVE as I have just come from VIP. F12 saves everything & exits. I hate having to use the mouse for every screen!

  7. There is a section in the conditions where we enter the number of approved sessions. If we can create a report that shows all the remainder appointments (unused)? Weekly, monthly, daily selection to show unused appointments? This will make it easier for us to keep track on clients who haven't rebook however still have approval on file. Thank you.

  8. Is there a way we could show pts from the website (booking protal) what appointments we have at all the clinics we work at for the week? Save the client having to look up individual sites for available apts

  9. Is there a way that two different payment methods can be entered without having to save and close each time and then reopening to enter the second payment method. This is nearly with every transaction we do as most are split HICAPS and EFTPOS payments. This would be much more efficient and a huge time saver.

  11. it would be good to be able to right click on a client's appointment and "add to waitlist" from the drop down.

    The access for the waitlist is really hard and it has only a few days longeivity - even to be able to change default settings for this (i.e. so that people are active on the waitlist for 10 days) is so important.

  12. Please allow us to resize the windows when entering purchases and patient appointments.
    This would allow us to see more than a few rows of information at one time.
    Maximising the window makes the visibility of the rows worse. Some then are hidden completely.

  14. Most of our clients hate SMS reminders earlier than 2 days ahead and will not reply to them. However, NDIS clients with extended/complex appointments and clients requiring our staff to travel need 3 or more days' notice (or we have trouble rescheduling their appointments). It would be useful to be able to change SMS auto scheduling for specific clients or client groups.

  15. In reports, it would be beneficial to add SMS as the field, and have restrictions such as 'promo received'. In this way the client list can show if the an SMS has been sent or not (not appointment reminder). The SMS feature is used frequently for marketing, but currently the report to find these contacts is lacking.

  16. To have a visual ROM measure in the objective outcomes. I.e. a picture of an upper body from difference angles where the clinician can draw the shoulder range. This visual measure makes it easier to track progression and communicate amongst other providers. Example attached

  17. Contract Site Payment Details Report - could a tick box be added to 'Exclude Charge Amounts equal to $0'
    We use dummy charge types to show how time is used, as well as actual charges, and therefore end up needing to exclude the non-chargeable lines each time we run the report.

  18. Would be great if we could have the ability to manually add an icon to the face of the patients appt that indicates that the patient has confirmed they will be attending their appt. Currently when a reminder sms is sent a tick appears in the top left hand corner and when they have paid a dollar sign with a yellow circle appears in the top right hand corner - A symbol such as a double tick or the letter C would be helpful so that we can tell from a quick glance who had confirmed and who is yet…

  19. I am a clinical director for a large practice and conduct claim reviews on a regular basis. Often the therapist has not completed the outcome measures in the 1st, 6th or 12th visit. I would suggest Gensolve blocks the therapist from completing the patient notes until the outcome measures have been completed on that particular day. Eg if it is the 6th visit, outcome measures must be recorded before able to save/complete notes.

  20. We want to be able to link the Maternal Birth Injury Service Charges to the new ACC billing codes (PTP01, PTP02, PTP03) on the Administration>Appointment Service Charge page. Currently it is only possible to link a service charge to the PT01 etc.
