  1. quite often client's no longer have a specific GP but rather go to anyone within a clinic. It would be great when creating a letter and specifically when creating a discharge report that we could select the clinic and not just the GP to self populate the letter.

  2. Quality Check Letters Produced for EPC - allow a Template Merge search by code. This would enable patients with an EPC code (eg. 10960 or whatever the clinic uses) to be found and make it easier to check that the required letters have been produced.....

  3. Hi, We are updating out initial client forms to become more gender/sex equal. Our physiotherapist has recently complete PD which involved units around this. They're suggest having the following options when collecting patient information

    Gender: M (male), F (female) and X (intersex/interdeterminate).
    Sex: M (male), F (female) and X (unspecified).

    At the moment when you create a new patient you can only select M or F and you must select at least one or the file won't save.

    I have uploaded a snippet of the APA PD document for reference.

  5. Once a month or so many times a year we run satellite clinics at different location. If the clinician is usually at another site on that day the rest of the time and a new site is also scheduled for that day. The site overlap, causing online booking and booking issues in general. At the moment you can only override all other appointment scheduled which erase all future appointment schedules. Therefore there should be a temporary override feature which only effects that particular day. At the moment to avoid this issue you have to manually schedule the days up to…

  6. An option to generate a report that displays all the appointments that clinician l has for the day, which include contact details, patient names, clinician name, times and site. Current report do not include contact details and displays information that would not be needed by admin staff (not in service notes, codes, details that are usually for the clinician not reception staff. We current have to generate excel docs and transfer this information which is very time consuming. It would be useful to send to people that require our patient lists but do not have access to gensolve

  7. Online consent form tick box, I suggest adding a link to existing wording.

    Currently says
    “I have been given the opportunity to read clinic information prior to treatment”

    This is incorrect as the consent form does not include the clinic information.

    Suggest we refer the patient to our websites for further information.

  8. When online booking, can we have the duration of the appointment booked reflect as well.

Confirmation or cancellation messages to come directly to Gensolve instead of email where over a long weekend we don't see them until the first patients of the day have not attended and we are contacting them when they have actually sent their messages back. Maybe have the appts turn a different colour automatically when they are confirmed or declined so we are not double handling from email over to Gensolve manually - Thanks

  10. Have the NDIS have the current formatting required by Proda for a bulk upload.

    Adding the missing columns (Hours, Cancellation reason etc.) - have cells for in each column formatted in accordance with requirements of proda for bulk upload.

    Have the Cancellation reason automatically populate

    Attached template provided by Proda, and PDF around formatting and information required

  14. Why can't the software autorefresh each time an action is taken, such as making an appointment. If another user creates an appointment it is invisible to other users until the software is refreshed. This can lead to double bookings and client irritation.

  16. In the class section it would be good to be either able to add more than one charge type per person OR be able to add the person more than once, eg in a Hydrotherapy class there maybe a pool entry fee as well as the class consult

  17. Change the Ph Home number space on ACC45s to mobile number. At present we have to copy and paste the mobile number to the Phone space on the Client info screen so that this shows up on the ACC45, or copy and paste it into the ACC45 screen. Would save having to copy and paste the mobile number each time.
