Zoom in on text or more control regarding text sizes
Currently find it hard to write notes towards end of day/late at night due to not being able to subtly increase size of text with zoom in functionality or subtle increase in text. Note currently its either small or large text sizes and it's something it's not very user friendly.

Increase the font size of the entire gensolve application
If you use gensolve on a small laptop it can be really tiny font and hard to see. Could you please create a way to increase the font size / screens in the application?

AHPRA numbers on invoice
In September 2021, the State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) updated their invoicing requirements for all health providers across NSW. The amendment required all practitioners registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) to include their AHPRA number on invoices.

There is no address set up in healthlink ACC to send to escmednotes@acc.co.nz Is this something you can organise like the other acc email addresses so an event automatically goes into the patient file

To alert admin when new consent/registration forms are returned
It would be great to alert admin to new consent forms when they come in so they can easily identify when to update client information, e.g. address, GP, employer, etc. Currently I think admin have to look for this information, which is time consuming and could get missed.

clients being able to see upcoming appointments online
client's would like to be able to see any upcoming appointments when they log in online onto our booking portal.

When booking an appointment that is clinical (not case management) that you are required to book a room before you can complete task.
When booking a clinical (non case management ) appointment you MUST book a room or have the option of choosing NA.

Payslip creator
A lot of clinicians will work off a percentage.... is there a way that we can create a payslip from Gensolve where it would tally the weeks total income for each clinician and use the precentages entered to create a payslip??

To be able to see client address and details on phone based app
The phone based app is very minimalistic - would be great to be able to click on the appointment and see the appointment details including client address and phone number. Added bonus if you can arrive appointments from the app.

Tracking stock
To have a product history tab in each product - so when you open the product you have the ability to see stock arrival and entry/invoice, purchase history, stock transfer history, it will show clients who purchased and when for - warranty and returns.

new appointment prefills infor for new patient
we are loving that new appointment details are prefilling the new patient boxes, but can the phone number please prefill into the mobile phone box not the phone box. We have to move it every time to make sure the reminder is sent out as reminders only go to mobile phone not phone number. Hope that makes sense

Access the General Health and Medical History tabs without having to have an appointment made.
It would be helpful to be able to access client medical history/general health page without having to book or open an appointment for them.
Access via the 'edit client' tab would be great.Many patients are referred and have useful medical Hx provided that would be good to load to the relevant page of their file prior to their appointment.

Ability for clients to be able to add themselves to an online waitlist via booking portal if no appointments available, this function would add patient automatically to the GPM waitlist panel, and prompt an email update to practice (same as booking notification)

demographic breakdown per clinic
There is currently a report that breaks down demographics - age, gender and ethnic group. This would be very helpful if it could be exported to an Excel spreadsheet and be able to be looked at per clinic/ area
