an email button on the top bar
easily send emails to patients/employers/GP etc with an email button that all you to select each person. This would be at the top tab so you don't have to go hunting for peoples emails or editing contracts

Needs attention
To help with following up appts that need ato be marked as needing ttention
On the appointment page...
Add a NEW (right click on appt) status change of appointment to
"Needs attention"
Allow a report to be generated of all appts that are labelled as this.
Allow a note to be added when changed to "needs attention"Current appt status are either "confirmed" "arrived" "with practitioner" "completed" "cancelled" "no show"

A way to distinguish between different contracts of the same client in contracts page
We have return clients we see for the same claim but have to make a new contract. We might have multiple contracts open as we have to apply for funding and waiting for a PO. If I am looking for a specific contract for this client, I have to open them to see what that contract was for example AFO's, Compression socks, Modification to AFO etc,

Contract Appts
Contract appts not being able to be completed unless they have something in the charge type drop down box or have the ability to choose this function. This way they dont get missed from invoicing or wages

Sms reminders: just the time to be able to be entered into the reminder for a reminder for the next day.
When doing SMS reminders for the next day just be able to put the time in rather than the date and time.

PDF from Custom Form
Producing a PDF from a custom form in Gensolve would be a helpful addition.
The client completes the custom form which then goes into the Letters & Uploads.
The Gensolve user would then have the ability to create a pdf from the custom form.1 vote -
Have an option to change the default third party exercise program between Physiotec and Physitrack when creating medical notes
Currently there is a dropdown list in the medical notes creation and in the medical condition to choose between Physiotec and Physitrack before clicking on the 'open' button to the right.
Our clinic uses Physitrack and its a small hassle but we always have to click on the dropdown list to change it to Physitrack before we can access Physitrack. It is a small hassle but having to do it multiple times a day adds up...
This will be an easy-to-implement feature - to make either Physitrack or Physiotec a default appearing exercise program when creating med notes - but…

Allowing for the addition of "Service Type" field in automated SMS messages to clients
It would be great if the automated SMS messages to clients could allow for a wider variety of fields (e.g. "service type" to give clients more information about what they will be doing and what to bring, especially for group sessions and classes).

Click-to-drag to change column width on all results tables
I've found myself trying to change the width of columns in the GPM app so I can read long names of things. It's a function you can perform in any file-explorer type application in many programs by clicking and dragging the header row of the table of data.
This applies to almost any section of data you'd interact with in the 'Administration' or 'Front Office' areas - clinicians, referrers, templates, and lots more.
You don't have to wrap the content if it's too long for the window, just truncate it like you already do to fields that are too long.

next of kin
Please could you add next of kin name, relationship to client and phone number to the home page of the client file, and allow these fields to be merge fields. This is imperative to allow best practice healthcare.

Gensolve to become compatible with VALD software..
More clinics are using VALD data collection equipment. Being able to upload results to Gensolve directly will streamline the recording process and save the clinician valuable time, giving them more time for data evaluation and treatment planning.

EDI inbox
Email is not considered secure by an increasing number of med centres & ask to use an EDI. The reports coming into Healthlink are in the Inbox but we really need them to be in the patients "uploads" tab

Healthlink: ability to have templates as per email templates.
When sending a message via Healthlink. Would be helpful to be able to use Templates to prepopulate the message. It would work the same as the templates you can create for emails.

Integrate with Medipass
Now that Icare are using Medipass for invoices it would be great if Gensolve could integrate with them. We send a lot of invoices to Icare making it time consuming.

Events button, in addition to Event button on top bar
On the top bar, would be useful to have an "Events" button.
This would be instead of having to click "E" next to patient's name, then "Events" tab in "Client details" to see past and current Events related to that patient.
ie. to see what is pending for a patient, and what has already been completed.
Currently there is an Event button, but this is only to set a new event.

Contract service charges - Able to choose colours for service charges under contract charges
Would like to have different colours for Contract service charges like normal service charges so we could differentiate if appt was in clinic or in Gym etc by the colour
