Change SMS reminder settings for individual clients (or client groups).
Most of our clients hate SMS reminders earlier than 2 days ahead and will not reply to them. However, NDIS clients with extended/complex appointments and clients requiring our staff to travel need 3 or more days' notice (or we have trouble rescheduling their appointments). It would be useful to be able to change SMS auto scheduling for specific clients or client groups.
