  1. The Schedule Line Detail report shows the Schedule details & the Service Charge amount but not whether the Service Charge has been Paid or not.

    Is it possible that the Report could be updated to include the actual Service Charge Paid amount as well as the Schedule amounts. In terms of generating details on revenue made by each clinician, would be helpful in paying subcontractors.

  3. It would be useful to be able to see the Purchase order number on the main screen of the All contracts page; this would be helpful when looking at a client who has multiple contracts to see if any are being approved under previously allocated purchase order numbers.

  4. when a list of tasks has been set out in a pop up, it would be great to be able to copy that list back to the OS and highlight in different colours what has been achieved and what hasn't.

  6. When searching events it would be good if they were automatically defaulted to show the most recent one first. I know this can be done manually but it would be simpler if it defaulted across the board.

  10. Yes we can add it to the 'displayed provider type' field however we are still forced to select an incorrect provider type in the Provider Contract Settings box; this selection then appears multiple times throughout the system, including notes, receipts, web booking portal etc

  11. With postage Stamps going up to $1, we would like to be able to send all correspondence to medical practitioners via a secure portal and Argus is apparently the way to go. It would be great if Gensolve could integrate with Argus to make life easier.

  13. There is a revenue per clinican function in the analytics, there is also a separate function of products sold (by clinician/product). Would it be possible to combine these two functions to develop a true picture of revenue generated by that employee, and better still, to divide this by the numbers of appt's- so the analysis can develop a true picture of revenue generated per appt.

    In podiatry for example, some clinicians are stronger in product sales (eg. orthotics), which generate more follow ups (lesser fees per appt), but higher product sales, resulting in higher total fees per patient, but lower…

  14. Ability to quickly see number of consultations at top of each practitioner column is useful to get an overall idea of bookings day to day & week to week for the practice & individual practitioners. We can get this info from reports but a quick look is easier for practitioners.

  15. Need to have ability to work offline in the event of power failure or internet outage, or for home visits. Currently, an internet problem means we cannot continue to treat patients as notes aren't available. We print out daily clinician appointments but unable to make further appointments if internet out.

  16. Currently, when rebooking an appointment, Gensolve takes into account the Qty of a Service Charge based on the previous appointment. For example, if a client cancels the previous appt, and the Qty is manually set to zero, that Qty of zero will populate to the next appointment booked using that Service Charge.

  19. Notice board for all to see. ie low on tape/ laundry/ creams. physio notices and then puts on board. everybody knows and also the reception team can act on it. Also everybody knows they have done so.
    tick boxes for done, also name of person who has done it.
    we have tried this on facebook but doesn't work well and this intrudes in there personal life.
