  3. Vestibular/balance clients are becoming more common in private practice.
    Inclusion of a "Vestibular" condition and associated special tests (e.g. Head-thrust nystagmus, eye follow etc.) would definitely streamline the assessment process and allow for better care with a vestibular client.
    Similarly, including balance assessments (CTSIB, TSST etc.) would allow for more accurate recording of outcome measures.

  4. Investigations Report: Option to use the Clinician Address as well as Vendor Address. At present it is only pulling Vendor Address which does not apply as all sites need their own address for reports.

  5. Regarding SOTAP notes.
    Feel it would be very useful to have radio buttons to complete the ‘Respone to last treatment’ as in the full notes version

    And also Boxes to type in NPRS - at least one - to measure overall pain. But ideally if room, Best, Worse and Average since last session, this may not have to be completed every session but is great way to quickly see progress, and something that I feel is missing from the SOTAP version

  9. Allow an easy access button available on all screens that allows a provider to notify reception (or all other site users) if they are feeling uncomfortable or want assistance in their treatment room. This is a feature that some other PMS provide.

Able to have a case manager database similar to clinics/referrers that lists case managers (ACC, insurers, workplaces) linked to a particular branch or company in the same way that referrers are linked to clinics. Would be easier to edit case manager details (link this field to contracts) and maintain an up to date list of current contacts. Would also list key contacts at a branch that aren't case managers. Should be able to run the same reports for case managers as we can for other referrers and use their details in the 'send to' merge fields.

  11. If a client has purchased a membership, there is no way to print a receipt for the patient so they can claim each class from their health fund. The only receipt option, only shows the amount of the membership, it does not show an amount for the individual class which means the client can not use that receipt to claim from their health fund. We would really like to use this function but as we can not give our patients a receipt that shows the amount they are to claim, we are continuing to use the "overpayment function".

  13. There needs to be a way to enter payments when the whole invoice amount has not been paid rather than just automatically allocating payment to the oldest consults within the invoice. For eg. we might send an invoice for $300 ($250 worth of consults and $50 for a brace) and the insurance company might decide not to pay for the brace but because we gave the brace at the first consult it gets automatically included.

    We are reviewing all current and historical feature requests.

    As mentioned previously, you can enter the actual amount paid manually by overriding the $ amount showing in the Received column on the right when in the Create Payment screen.

    If there are issues around entering part payments for Debtor Invoices created under the Accounting Form, which have multiple items, please contact our Support Team by submitting a ticket or by emailing support@gensolve.com

  14. Would be awesome if there was a way to email documents directly to Gensolve (ie unique number for each client - 12345678@gensolve.co.nz) and attachments were uploaded to Gensolve for that client.

  17. Date of Treatment to be the item date on receipts, not the date of invoice. We have weekly complaints from our patients and/or their health-funds as we do require the actual treatment details in the receipt, not the invoice details, as our patients take this receipt to their health-fund to claim their rebate. The health-fund needs to have a record of the actual treatment date to process the claim. Most of the health-funds won’t pay against an invoice, it has to be the receipt of payment.   19. Clinician Appointment Count and Clinician Capacity reports.
    We need to run both of these reports but there is unwanted info in the latter report and would prefer desired info added to the Clinician Appointment Count Report.
    1. ability to run for chosen sites rather than All Sites or per Site
    2. include Available Hrs and the % as per the Clinician Capacity Report.

  20. Please add the function of bulk emailing statements to clients. As per bulk texting reminders, if the person doesn't have an email address registered, they can be deselected from the list and the statement snail mailed (or phoned for an email address).
