add option to 'not include client names' in reports that currently always have a client name included
printing multiple reports with client names creates a potential privacy risk- would be good to have the option to not include client names in the report if you dont need them

Default Appointment Counter
Previously you could manually set whether an appointment was included in the total appointment count or not (by selecting the 'count appts from' drop down menu in the appointment or not selecting it). This worked really well as we use dummy apts to process communication only charges and also for off site gym or pool visits which technically are not included in the approved number of treatments that we are trying to stay on top of. Unfortunately now all appointments are included in the count and we have no way of choosing whether or not to include a specific apt.…

To be able to half screen a notes page
Hi guy,
Just a point that would be nice is the ability to drag the notes to the side of the screen and make them fit the half screen. You can do this for the main Gensolve screen (booking/appointments) but you can do it for any other windows.

Able to see if an event you have sent has been viewed
Hi guys,
We would appreciate it if we were able to see if events that we have created have been read by those it has been sent to. Currently we ask all staff to reply to events they have been sent but its a bit hit and miss.
Our physios have also requested the ability to reply to many, and able to see who has been copied in an event (I can see this has also been requested below).

Notification or pop up alert if a Healthlink message fails to send
Messages remain in the "failed" folder and sometimes this goes undetected which delays important referrals. If we could please get a pop up message to say that it has failed that would be really helpful. This could be similar to the current pop up of "new healthlink message received".

Appointment pricing showing on web booking - include clinic hours and note from client
Able to show the fee or copayment for the appointment being booked. This could be as the initial or follow up filter is chosen or as additional text about the clinic somewhere on the page? An additional text area will also allow us to include opening hours, parking etc. Also allow client to write in a note when booking which might be injury type or something similar?

Service Charge Clinical Notes
We would like the ability to make certain service charges not require clinical notes. For example, WCQ travel does not require a exam notes/assessment for our billing purposes.
At present the clinicians do not enter notes for these types of appt. As a result these appts then flag on the Incomplete Exams Report. We then have to filter through the list to find the appts that actually require notes.2 votes -

Option of actioning document to all admin
As Reception staff often change it would make document sending/checking more efficient if we could action documents/reminders to a group e.g physios, reception, exercise physiologists etc.

See all providers at once in week view
We would like to be able to see all clinicians appointments in one view for the whole week. So that we can see where we have gaps to fill without having to select each provider separately in week view.
Eg Mon(C1), Mon(C2), Tues(C1), Wed(C1), Wed(C3), Thurs(C1), Fri(C1), Fri(C2), Sat(C3).7 votes -
Add "Class Notes" button to "Run medical notes report"
Can you please add the option of viewing the class notes in the Medical Notes report. Currently only have option of Exam/ notes and Clinical notes, with buttons underneath to include medical history and general health. Would be very helpful particularly if seeing more than one practitioner at once.

All physio's should be on one page as potential new patients are less likely to select to go to the next page to see who else is available.

Have a today date option
When generating reports for example
Can it show a "today" option? it defaults to showing a month
So the option selects FROM: (today) TO: (today)

Incorporate Book Again options into Right Click menu rather than as an extra window/menu and double movement. Edit Client, View Letter + Uploads & New Letters already exist in top menu so do they need to be repeated here?

How to tell when payments have been receipted from...
We often receipt a few payments at a time for patients but we cant tell when we have receipted from and to. It would help if we could see this info.

Create a new client using details from a Healthlink message
When a Healthlink message is received, use the client details within the Healthlink message to search for a client, then create a new client. For example, the phone number, address, email and NHI number could all be copied from the Healthlink message which would save re-entering them.

New Patient Colour
Addition of "New Patient" to Drop Down List (Arrived, With Practitioner, Arrived, Completed etc).
Due to the lag time involved with Gensolve, we have trouble with both the receptionist and practitioner trying to enter details at the same time (New Patient Form and notes etc) on different computers. One of us will get shut out and have to reboot the system. A new colour and code will allow us to convert each new patient at time of booking and still alert us to the fact that they are a NEW patient when arriving.4 votes
