When action-ing a document to a user, can we create the possibility of actioning it to multiple users?

View Client Receipt
Would be handy to have a "View receipt" next to the "View invoices" in the appointment details section. So once payment made if you accidentally click save not save & receipt, you can go back and still print the receipt quickly and easily.

Able to create "Event" without due date for a specific patient.
So it will stay in "To do" list until checked as completed, instead of having to change "Due date" to the next day every time.

Able to insert signature image as merge field for letters
Would be good to be able to load an image of signature under each system user and have a merge field in the letters that has the image of the signature that can be inserted into template letters as 'logged in user signature' or similar.

Multiple consent forms to be printed at once
When there are several new patients booked in across many practitioners, to be able to select and highlight those new patients and do one command to print all their consent forms off at once, rather than going into each individual name and printing consent forms one at a time.

Appointment Classification
It would be helpful if when appointment is first booked to have the primary option of "booked" not "confirmed". So that we can mark the appointment as "confirmed" closer to the appointment date for those patients who request a reminder the day prior.

Option for BOLD in treatment notes or underline.
We are finding the treatment notes are getting hard to follow, mainly with more complicated patients. Being able to highlight certain things in bold or an underline with really be beneficial.

Would be good to customise the top tabs, to add for e.g full history shortcut.

Editing a recurrence
Would be good to be able to edit a Recurrence. At the moment if a Recurrence needs to be changed (notes, duration etc) all the appointments have to be deleted and a new recurrence needs to be created.

Editing an invoice's header text, creditor, invoice notes etc without blocking the rest of Gensolve
When editing certain parts of an invoice or creating/editing a debtor/creditor you cannot use the rest of gensolve until the operation is completed. Would be good to keep all of Gensolve enabled at all times

Appointment status change without having to Revert to Confirmed
Would be good to be able to change the status of an appointment without having to revert to Confirmed. (ex change from no show set fee to no show no charge) When you revert to confirmed it is easy to lose the reason for cancellation for example. Also would be good to be able to change the reason for cancellation without having to revert to confirmed and do the whole process again.

Multiple provider Numbers for Massage Therapists
Is there some way we can list the several provider numbers required for Massage Therapists. Some funds will not allow HICAP claiming and require a receipt with the individual provider number issued for that fund.

Pre-attach files to email templates!
It would be handy if you can pre-attach files to saved email templates to save having to do this for every email you send.

Shaded lines on pages of many rows of text
Where there are many lines of text, ie on daily takings page, make the rows easier to read from left to right by making one line a darker background, alternating with a white background.
