  2. A lot of clinicians will work off a percentage.... is there a way that we can create a payslip from Gensolve where it would tally the weeks total income for each clinician and use the precentages entered to create a payslip??

  4. In September 2021, the State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) updated their invoicing requirements for all health providers across NSW. The amendment required all practitioners registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) to include their AHPRA number on invoices.

  6. To have a product history tab in each product - so when you open the product you have the ability to see stock arrival and entry/invoice, purchase history, stock transfer history, it will show clients who purchased and when for - warranty and returns.

  7. we are loving that new appointment details are prefilling the new patient boxes, but can the phone number please prefill into the mobile phone box not the phone box. We have to move it every time to make sure the reminder is sent out as reminders only go to mobile phone not phone number. Hope that makes sense

  8. It would be helpful to be able to access client medical history/general health page without having to book or open an appointment for them.
    Access via the 'edit client' tab would be great.

    Many patients are referred and have useful medical Hx provided that would be good to load to the relevant page of their file prior to their appointment.

  9. Ability for clients to be able to add themselves to an online waitlist via booking portal if no appointments available, this function would add patient automatically to the GPM waitlist panel, and prompt an email update to practice (same as booking notification)

  10. POS integration feature.
    Allow payments to be sent from Gensolve to an EFTPOS machine and when approved it pays off in Gensolve. Allows for less errors than if you were manually entering EFTPOS amounts

  11. There is currently a report that breaks down demographics - age, gender and ethnic group. This would be very helpful if it could be exported to an Excel spreadsheet and be able to be looked at per clinic/ area

  12. The phone based app is very minimalistic - would be great to be able to click on the appointment and see the appointment details including client address and phone number. Added bonus if you can arrive appointments from the app.

  13. I am required to give client numbers from regional centres for my quarterly report to the PHO . If i was able to have a graph of post codes from my clients it would save a lot of manual adding up

Rather than using the messaging function, it would be more convenient to be able to drop a note into a clinician's appointment schedule at a specific time that that does not block the availability of the appointment. The idea would be to notify the clinician of an event happening at that specific time so it is easily seen when booking patients in at that time

  15. Is it possible for a new field for surgery dates if applicable for the condition? Currently date of injury is shown when med notes are opened with the number of weeks.
    The same for surgery date and calculation of the number of weeks post surgery would be most helpful.

  17. Workers comp clients book appointments in lots of 8. When the cycle is coming to an end and further approval is requested, we like to hold future appointments for the client at their usual day/time until the approval comes through. Then we can convert the casual to an appointment. Making 8 casual appointments takes lots of time. If I could click and book again from the first casual without re-entering all the details, that would be fab.

  18. It would be useful at times to know/receive an external alert that there is a new event or a to-do on GS. Especially when travelling to see clients it means you could stop and possibly attend to that task if needed so it is completed in a timely manner.

  20. When going from "week" view to "day" view, it would be nice if it didn't automatically go to Monday of that week, unless that was the current day!
