  2. It would be great if the automated SMS messages to clients could allow for a wider variety of fields (e.g. "service type" to give clients more information about what they will be doing and what to bring, especially for group sessions and classes).

  3. I've found myself trying to change the width of columns in the GPM app so I can read long names of things. It's a function you can perform in any file-explorer type application in many programs by clicking and dragging the header row of the table of data.

    This applies to almost any section of data you'd interact with in the 'Administration' or 'Front Office' areas - clinicians, referrers, templates, and lots more.

    You don't have to wrap the content if it's too long for the window, just truncate it like you already do to fields that are too long.

  4. Please could you add next of kin name, relationship to client and phone number to the home page of the client file, and allow these fields to be merge fields. This is imperative to allow best practice healthcare.

  5. More clinics are using VALD data collection equipment. Being able to upload results to Gensolve directly will streamline the recording process and save the clinician valuable time, giving them more time for data evaluation and treatment planning.

  6. Email is not considered secure by an increasing number of med centres & ask to use an EDI. The reports coming into Healthlink are in the Inbox but we really need them to be in the patients "uploads" tab
    Can be done automatically or can we transfer the reports into the patients "uploads" tab

  7. On the top bar, would be useful to have an "Events" button.

    This would be instead of having to click "E" next to patient's name, then "Events" tab in "Client details" to see past and current Events related to that patient.

    ie. to see what is pending for a patient, and what has already been completed.

    Currently there is an Event button, but this is only to set a new event.

  10. It would be really helpful if there was some sort of alert that occurs when a spot opens up on the diary on a day that you have people on the waiting list wanting - so that you don't have to keep checking the waiting list whenever someone moves or cancels

  11. We would like to be able to track refunds that have been processed. Currently, we can view them within the Client Payments Report, however trying to find them within the many processed payments is not efficient. I have tried exporting to Excel and filtering but the way it exports (merged cells etc) means filtering by payment is not possible - I have to copy the data and paste it into a new spreadsheet, and then I can filter the data to see only the refunds.

  12. We are trying to calculate and report on the daily productive hours for a clinician ie having the daily hrs. in the appointment calendar reflect appointments only. We have added additional appointment types for the clinical to select ie emails, lunch, training etc. What we are trying to achieve to report how the clinician's day is made up and underpinning salary/bonus structure. If a clinician is showing 60% productivity but spent 10% training, 10% on IT Downtime, the clinician should not be disadvantaged. Having this feature would allow a more granular approach in assessing true productivity.

  13. Contract appts not being able to be completed unless they have something in the charge type drop down box or have the ability to choose this function. This way they dont get missed from invoicing or wages

  14. It would be good to have the option of restricting practitioners/system users from moving appointments. Ideally we'd like to see the appointments being cancelled and then rescheduled as opposed to just moving appointment.

  16. There is a section in the conditions where we enter the number of approved sessions. If we can create a report that shows all the remainder appointments (unused)? Weekly, monthly, daily selection to show unused appointments? This will make it easier for us to keep track on clients who haven't rebook however still have approval on file. Thank you.

  19. Please allow us to resize the windows when entering purchases and patient appointments.
    This would allow us to see more than a few rows of information at one time.
    Maximising the window makes the visibility of the rows worse. Some then are hidden completely.
