  3. To have a visual ROM measure in the objective outcomes. I.e. a picture of an upper body from difference angles where the clinician can draw the shoulder range. This visual measure makes it easier to track progression and communicate amongst other providers. Example attached

  4. On the DNA Cancellations report, could we have an extra column that shows the next appt that the client has if one has been rebooked?
    That way we can easily tell if we need to contact them to rebook. Currently we have to check the appt, then the client then the future appts..... takes ages

  7. Currently when we try to send a discharge report via healthlink we cannot select the clients GP automatically, we have to select the GP from another provider drop down box

  9. Can you stop the examination notes from automatically copying into the treatment page and the general health section. Also if you delete from either of the copied sections it deletes the examination notes. many thanks

  10. Is there a way that two different payment methods can be entered without having to save and close each time and then reopening to enter the second payment method. This is nearly with every transaction we do as most are split HICAPS and EFTPOS payments. This would be much more efficient and a huge time saver.

  11. A search bar feature similiar to the one for System Users, which would allow use to search through our list of Clinicians, rather than having to scroll. We have 300+ clinicians listed and a way of finding a name or specific type would be preferable.

  12. Integrate with Medipass

    Now that Icare are using Medipass for invoices it would be great if Gensolve could integrate with them. We send a lot of invoices to Icare making it time consuming.

  14. Hi there we would appreciate the ability to have a "known as" option for our clinicians. We have two clinicians with the same name and I would like to mitigate the chance of their being events actioned to the wrong clinician.

    If we could alter the name displayed in these areas while still having their correct full name showing up on letter and email templates that would be helpful.

  18. It would be great to be able to assign a particular client group to bulk clients that meet a set of user defined criteria. This would be extremely helpful with marketing to the client base as new ways of classifying and describing clients are created.

  19. Add a new icon for when the client does make a payment on the day but it doesn't cover the full amount owing. And also one for an invoice being generated.
    We have admin staff that swap in and out of the front desk throughout the day.

    Having icons for these actions will allow us to scan the appointment screen and know what's going on. So if a patient made a part payment before going into their appointment we will know there is no need to ask them for a payment when they come out of their consult.

  20. When a client books an appointment online, it would be great if we could:

    • fire a conversion event in google analytics that they turned into a customer
    • have a $ value for that event, so we know how much that type of appointment costs. Then we could pull it in as an event-based goal with a $ value and read the information back to our digital marketing, so we know what type of return on ad spend we are getting from advertising and how to buy more customers.

    This information could be passed back to Google ads, for example.
