  1. Create a tick box and 'reason for inactivation', that allows us to inactivate a patient. This would allow us to pull a report for how many active patients we have, also to be able to report on reasons why patients are inactive.

  2. Most of our clients hate SMS reminders earlier than 2 days ahead and will not reply to them. However, NDIS clients with extended/complex appointments and clients requiring our staff to travel need 3 or more days' notice (or we have trouble rescheduling their appointments). It would be useful to be able to change SMS auto scheduling for specific clients or client groups.

  3. In reports, it would be beneficial to add SMS as the field, and have restrictions such as 'promo received'. In this way the client list can show if the an SMS has been sent or not (not appointment reminder). The SMS feature is used frequently for marketing, but currently the report to find these contacts is lacking.

  4. Contract Site Payment Details Report - could a tick box be added to 'Exclude Charge Amounts equal to $0'
    We use dummy charge types to show how time is used, as well as actual charges, and therefore end up needing to exclude the non-chargeable lines each time we run the report.

  5. I am a clinical director for a large practice and conduct claim reviews on a regular basis. Often the therapist has not completed the outcome measures in the 1st, 6th or 12th visit. I would suggest Gensolve blocks the therapist from completing the patient notes until the outcome measures have been completed on that particular day. Eg if it is the 6th visit, outcome measures must be recorded before able to save/complete notes.

  6. We want to be able to link the Maternal Birth Injury Service Charges to the new ACC billing codes (PTP01, PTP02, PTP03) on the Administration>Appointment Service Charge page. Currently it is only possible to link a service charge to the PT01 etc.

  7. can Gensolve link all occupation fields once entered? Often doesnt link when entered in Client details, then move to write notes for client & have to re enter the occupation details again = wasted time

  9. We have all different sizes of screens and the therapist usually have a much smaller screen (laptops) so the ability to scroll the screen so they can see the full window which they are working in would be super helpful!!

  10. If we could change the size of the empty boxes that we fill, ie: for treatment detail, I might want a bigger box space rather than needing to scroll down in the box to see what I have done. Much easier to see what I have done overall

  14. quite often client's no longer have a specific GP but rather go to anyone within a clinic. It would be great when creating a letter and specifically when creating a discharge report that we could select the clinic and not just the GP to self populate the letter.

  15. The tick boxes at the bottom of the Analysis/Treatment/Plan page do not show up on the Notes Report. These tick boxes are critical for proving informed consent and are a must have in our notes that go to ACC and Auditors.
    The tick boxes for VBI do not appear when marked with "-" either. This is important as evidence we have screened for these symptoms, whereas currently it just appears we haven't done this.

  16. So when ACC32 request is sent to ACC and the client has since had surgery and now requires more treatment or splinting . There is an obvious heading on the front of the application to draw attention that this is post operative request so hopefully can speed the approval process up with ACC .

Add a restriction in the User Roles Access list for Text Shortcuts to create for 'User Only' rather than creating for all so that the list doesn't get overly long, with select user roles having full access (similar to the Contract Restrictions where you can restrict the user access role to view/edit contracts to the lead or a linked provider only).

  20. it would be good to be able to right click on a client's appointment and "add to waitlist" from the drop down.

    The access for the waitlist is really hard and it has only a few days longeivity - even to be able to change default settings for this (i.e. so that people are active on the waitlist for 10 days) is so important.
