  1. It would be great to alert admin to new consent forms when they come in so they can easily identify when to update client information, e.g. address, GP, employer, etc. Currently I think admin have to look for this information, which is time consuming and could get missed.

  2. It would be a bey useful analysis to be able to workout the number of New Client(s) each practitioner has seen for a set period of time (e.g. Houman saw 12 new clients in August). This way we can see where we need to improve.

  5. When you untick the active tick box on a commission template, it disappears from view and there is no way to access it or reactivate it.

    Can a 'Show Inactive Commission Templates' please be added like what is available for Sites, Users, Clinicians etc?

  7. When copying an Appointment Schedule for a clinician, can you make the Web Enabled tick boxes available please? At the moment you have to save the new schedule and then open it again to select the web enabled tick box.

It would be super helpful if (eg. in the Wrist objective screen) for AROM and PROM we could have an additional slide scale for the uninjured side below the one for the injured side (maybe in a lighter colour or something to distinguish it). Currently we manually write the unaffected side measures in the palpation/physiological movement box but this takes extra time and is harder to compare deficit and progress.

  11. When a client submits their Smartform, they are unsure when they click 'Save' whether the form has gone anywhere - could you make it read 'Save and return' or "Save and submit'?

  12. The little icon at the bottom of diary is often overlooked for the waitlist as it is so small. I would like to see a much larger icon and possibly even at the top of the diary where you eyes are naturally drawn to

  13. To be able to generate a report of clients that have a highlight on them so we can check the relevance and update. We code various clients to a variety of highlight colours depending on their circumstances and need to be able to check if they are still relevant. Also when buying another business and Gensolve databases are merged we need to make sure we are consistent across the business with how it is being used/applied.

  14. Quality Check Letters Produced for EPC - allow a Template Merge search by code. This would enable patients with an EPC code (eg. 10960 or whatever the clinic uses) to be found and make it easier to check that the required letters have been produced.....

  15. Once a month or so many times a year we run satellite clinics at different location. If the clinician is usually at another site on that day the rest of the time and a new site is also scheduled for that day. The site overlap, causing online booking and booking issues in general. At the moment you can only override all other appointment scheduled which erase all future appointment schedules. Therefore there should be a temporary override feature which only effects that particular day. At the moment to avoid this issue you have to manually schedule the days up to…

  16. An option to generate a report that displays all the appointments that clinician l has for the day, which include contact details, patient names, clinician name, times and site. Current report do not include contact details and displays information that would not be needed by admin staff (not in service notes, codes, details that are usually for the clinician not reception staff. We current have to generate excel docs and transfer this information which is very time consuming. It would be useful to send to people that require our patient lists but do not have access to gensolve

  17. Online consent form tick box, I suggest adding a link to existing wording.

    Currently says
    “I have been given the opportunity to read clinic information prior to treatment”

    This is incorrect as the consent form does not include the clinic information.

    Suggest we refer the patient to our websites for further information.

Confirmation or cancellation messages to come directly to Gensolve instead of email where over a long weekend we don't see them until the first patients of the day have not attended and we are contacting them when they have actually sent their messages back. Maybe have the appts turn a different colour automatically when they are confirmed or declined so we are not double handling from email over to Gensolve manually - Thanks
