  6. Online payment in addition to taking the cancellation fee.

    Hi team.

    I have wanted this feature available for a few years now. Recently patients have been asking if they could pay online after making their online booking to confirm their spot.

    In addition, we treat everyone. Elderly and young patients generally have someone else pay. However, if the person wanting to pay does not attend teh treatment session we have to send an invoice, and then follow up the payment if we have not received it.

    In addition, I would the feature to also take the cancellation fee directly out…

  13. At the moment booking a class is a two-step process: first choose which class you'd like to attend (i.e.: Monday at 5pm) and then look to see when it's next available (ie: in three week's time). Then repeat the process until you find one that suits.
    I'm sure that works for some clients, but I expect a lot of people search on the basis of "What's available this week?" I think a week-view calendar option would streamline things for these people.

  14. At the moment clinicians 'professional statements' only allow for plain text. Given that this is our last chance to direct the right client to the right therapist, it'd be great if we could include bold text, bullet lists etcetera to help us get the information across as effectively as possible... full html would be even better.

  17. When prospects go to our site to book, currently there is no way of tracking the ones that dont complete the booking. We have a conversion rate of 20% of people that go the booking page actually go on to book an appointment. It would be great to get there email sent to us, saying Joe bloggs signed up to book an appointment but didnt actually make one. Then we(our clinic or Gensolve) could send them an email saying, "whoops, sorry we see you didnt book....."

    stats from google suggest that its would be reasonablke to suggest that we could…

  19. Make Dishcarged conditions available when booking in a new appointment on the new appointment screen.

    When choosing that condition, you could also make it automatically ask if you want to undischarge, and put the info into that box.

    Right now, you need to click Ref/Inv/Dx, look up the particular condition, undischarge it, put in the details, open up the new appointment screen and then pick that condition out. Having it available on that screen would speed things up significantly

  20. Currently it is time consuming to complete client ACC appts, as you have to go into the client apt history to make sure claim has been accepted. It would be easy if a symbol (A) could appear on any further apts, to show quickly that this claim has been accepted and can be completed.
