  1. We have an additional dropdown for discounts e.g. 15% off for gold card under the treatment charge. When booking new appointments, this doesn't carry over to the next appointment, which makes us look terrible in front of patients! Can the discounts carry over automatically?

  2. Useful to have the ability to change the booking view, i.e default is showing the room number then the client name. Could be useful to have the ability to swap these around

  3. It would be handy to have a separate appointment page that is customisable. The ability to be able to select several providers across different clinics to appear on the same page. ie all managers so meeting times can be easily arranged across the group.

  6. Currently outcome measures are not on the discharge letter that is sent to the GP. It regularly asks to be updated so it must be important!

    Also can the discharge letter be automatically attached to the client's Gensolve file.

  12. It would be helpful to be able to access client medical history/general health page without having to book or open an appointment for them.
    Access via the 'edit client' tab would be great.

    Many patients are referred and have useful medical Hx provided that would be good to load to the relevant page of their file prior to their appointment.

  13. Ability for clients to be able to add themselves to an online waitlist via booking portal if no appointments available, this function would add patient automatically to the GPM waitlist panel, and prompt an email update to practice (same as booking notification)

Confirmation or cancellation messages to come directly to Gensolve instead of email where over a long weekend we don't see them until the first patients of the day have not attended and we are contacting them when they have actually sent their messages back. Maybe have the appts turn a different colour automatically when they are confirmed or declined so we are not double handling from email over to Gensolve manually - Thanks

  16. It would be good to have the option of restricting practitioners/system users from moving appointments. Ideally we'd like to see the appointments being cancelled and then rescheduled as opposed to just moving appointment.

  17. Is there a way we could show pts from the website (booking protal) what appointments we have at all the clinics we work at for the week? Save the client having to look up individual sites for available apts

  19. Currently our booking portal https://auappts.gensolve.com/pfabondi/site/details/bondi_junction only shows a maximum of 3 practitioners at any one time. Please increase this number as it makes booking quite hard, and patients think a certain practitioner is not available

  20. When a new customer books an appointment or an existing customer returns, we need to enter the Client Details. It would be great if this was automated with e.g. a Smart Form or a Client Details Profile in the web portal.
    The Customer Registration form is the same for every customer so its an easy thing to automate. Their are system fields which mean the information will go directly into the appropriate field. And administration requirements will be reduced!
    When to automate
    When the customer has an appointment booked, they could receive an email or SMS with the Customer Registration…
