"Find out more" link from therapist booking page
At the moment we've just got some top-level information on the clinician booking page (we figure it’s best not to overload people with information while they’re in the decision-making zone) but it'd be great to be able to link back to their full bio on our website if people do want to learn more.

when in middle of a message , the ability to minimize the window would be great - to take a phone call etc.

Patient date entry - get rid of the fax number and have provision for a second mobile number.
When entering patient referral, (acc private or insured) if private remove the date of injury and ACC box where the claim number usually goes. We have to enter private in the acc box and use the current date, seems illogical to have to do this.

Use email address as user name
Clients have asked that the option for using their email address instead of a random user name as their email address is much easier to remember. If they forget the random user name there is no way of booking without a new registration.

Record outcome measures
For non-ACC patients (e.g. Neuro) we record a huge variety of outcome measures, often done on different days and over a long period. The outcome measures box only allows to record findings from 6 different days. I would like to see this extended to an unlimited amount, so we can trace progress/ decline over time.

E-mail event type
When you email from Gensolve and it creates an event it would be great to be able to select an event type from this screen rather than have to go to events and change it from email out to something more appropriate.

Individual links leading directly to appointment types
It would be fabulous to be able to direct patients to a particular consultation type from a URL. I.e. new patients could click an online link that would take them directly to an Initial Consultation appointment - this is especially useful for practices that utilise different time frames for different appointment types, so that patients can't book a half hour session for what is required to be a one hour consultation.

'Charge to' section in classes having discharged next to conditions where applicable
We have a few clients who have multiple conditions with the same claim no. or DVA no. on them and can't work out which is the current. Having 'discharged' written on them would resolve this

See method of payment when hovering over appointment
When hovering over a particular patient's appointment on the day they have been in, it would be great if we could see how they paid for their treatment, ie cash, eftpos. It already comes up 'invoiced' if we invoice them, so to save going into the Accounts tab to see how they paid this would be very handy.

Remove the payment figure from the client details page when an appointment is booked.
Remove the ACC payment figure from the client details page when an appointment is booked. It is inapprioprate for our contractor physios to see the total figure ACC pays for a given treatment

Incorporate Book Again options into Right Click menu
Incorporate Book Again options into Right Click menu rather than as an extra window/menu and double movement. Edit Client, View Letter + Uploads & New Letters already exist in top menu so do they need to be repeated here?
