When booking an appointment that is clinical (not case management) that you are required to book a room before you can complete task.
When booking a clinical (non case management ) appointment you MUST book a room or have the option of choosing NA.

Access the General Health and Medical History tabs without having to have an appointment made.
It would be helpful to be able to access client medical history/general health page without having to book or open an appointment for them.
Access via the 'edit client' tab would be great.Many patients are referred and have useful medical Hx provided that would be good to load to the relevant page of their file prior to their appointment.

Ability for clients to be able to add themselves to an online waitlist via booking portal if no appointments available, this function would add patient automatically to the GPM waitlist panel, and prompt an email update to practice (same as booking notification)

Confirmation Messages to come back directly to Gensolve and NOT to our email which is unmonitored on a weekend
Confirmation or cancellation messages to come directly to Gensolve instead of email where over a long weekend we don't see them until the first patients of the day have not attended and we are contacting them when they have actually sent their messages back. Maybe have the appts turn a different colour automatically when they are confirmed or declined so we are not double handling from email over to Gensolve manually - Thanks

Apt view across multiple clinics
Is there a way we could show pts from the website (booking protal) what appointments we have at all the clinics we work at for the week? Save the client having to look up individual sites for available apts

Editable online booking confirmation
The confirmation email the client receives is editable. We wish to let clients know that if they have an initial appointment they will receive online forms via email to fill in.

Online payments
Online payment in addition to taking the cancellation fee.
Hi team.
I have wanted this feature available for a few years now. Recently patients have been asking if they could pay online after making their online booking to confirm their spot.
In addition, we treat everyone. Elderly and young patients generally have someone else pay. However, if the person wanting to pay does not attend teh treatment session we have to send an invoice, and then follow up the payment if we have not received it.
In addition, I would the feature to also take the cancellation fee directly out…

Currently our booking portal https://auappts.gensolve.com/pfabondi/site/details/bondi_junction only shows a maximum of 3 practitioners at any one time. Please increase this number as it makes booking quite hard, and patients think a certain practitioner is not available

Automate Customer Registration Form
When a new customer books an appointment or an existing customer returns, we need to enter the Client Details. It would be great if this was automated with e.g. a Smart Form or a Client Details Profile in the web portal.
The Customer Registration form is the same for every customer so its an easy thing to automate. Their are system fields which mean the information will go directly into the appropriate field. And administration requirements will be reduced!
