  1. Is it possible to separate the book a class section of the online booking portal?
    The reason I ask is we’ve set up our pilates classes so that clients have to complete a ‘fundamentals’ session before they’re allowed to book classes (for their own safety… and the sanity of their instructor ;-). Plus the information we need to convey to clients before booking a class is quite different to that of a physio client.
    It'd be much easier for us (and more intuitive for the clients) to do this through separate pages.

  3. Is it possible to add another merge field to client letter templates so that an emergency contact and phone number appears on printed forms when the information is entered in Gensolve instead of remaining blank whether one is entered or not

  7. When an ACC45 expires, the remaining treatments automatically expire. It would be great if any remaining splinting could also be expired/returned to $0 so that therapists don't allocate it incorrectly.

  8. With ACC and NSH patients, the amount of splinting automatically uploads to $345.00. To ensure no mistakes, perhaps the Privately loaded patients could automatically upload to $0.00

  9. When a client cancels their appt, can it still be shown in their charges area so that we can see by quick viewing how many cancellations they have done, rather than have to create a report.

  10. Addition of "New Patient" to Drop Down List (Arrived, With Practitioner, Arrived, Completed etc).
    Due to the lag time involved with Gensolve, we have trouble with both the receptionist and practitioner trying to enter details at the same time (New Patient Form and notes etc) on different computers. One of us will get shut out and have to reboot the system. A new colour and code will allow us to convert each new patient at time of booking and still alert us to the fact that they are a NEW patient when arriving.

  11. Feedback from a client, regarding scrolling for occupation on the new entry Custom form " It would be better to let people type in their job & employer directly into the form".
    We are aware that Acc provides a limited list but could this be expanded as it is a compulsory field.

  12. Tell me...the little icons on the appointments....could we have one that means "Consent form returned completely filled in with no mistakes" or something similar!

    Every new appointment, the client now receives a New Form Entry (Consent and registration form) to complete. The only way we know of checking if it has come back is to check the Letters and Uploads. Is there a magic icon that we can turn on linked to the "Save" button on the form??

    I know we can check through the History tab as well but when we are buzzing with new clients, it does become…

  13. As most people attending a class are attending the same class regularly it would be great if you could include the feature of allowing bulk booking.

    EG the client can book the 9am class every Tue for X weeks to secure their spot.

    The ability for them to log in and see their bookings and cancel out would also be beneficial in this regard.

    Gensolve has embarked on a project to redesign and rebuild our booking portal system from scratch with your suggestions as well as our own ideas in mind. 


    We have engaged with market leading UI/UX designers to inspire the redesign of the booking portal to ensure we bring you the best product possible.


    Some key improvements we have focused on include:


    • Improving usability and reducing clicks
    • Simplifying the pathway needed for a booking, including mandatory selection of modality (physio, chiro, exercise physio etc), location and type of appointment (new or follow up etc). If you don’t have more than one modality or location your clients are not presented with these choices.
    • Adding custom filters for your clinical staff, e.g. shoulder specialist, senior clinician, pilates instructor. These are custom filters input by you.
    • Client back end for managing appointments, payments and client details.
    • Geotargeting for the closest location to your client.
  14. We have recently been affiliated with Southern Cross and are able to invoice SC directly for our patients. We would ideally like to save their membership number on our files and wondered if a new tab could be created on the front patient screen?

  16. When you are searching whether a client is already on Gensolve, you go to the arrow to be up the find box but if the client is not already loaded you have to cancel and then hit "N" for new client. Why can't we "Create new" from inside the find box, so you would have 3 choices at the bottom, to hit OK, Cancel, or Create New client

  19. When booking client ahead of time and the last appointment available for that claim has also been entered then all appointments to the end date have a # symbol. This tells me that each appointment is the last where in fact it is not. This causes much confusion on quick glance and often a quick glance is all the Physiotherapist can spare. It would be great if the # was reserved for the last appointment only.

  20. Can we have templates set up so that when we put in due dates and providers it can send out reminder templates to all the clinicians linked to that contract at a date so many days before due date?
