  1. When a new online booking is made, the clinician with whom the booking is made should be able to be notified by SMS. This is most useful, for example, when a booking is made overnight for early the next morning. The therapist may not know that they now have an early patient and may miss the appointment, leading to all sorts of problems.

    Gensolve has embarked on a project to redesign and rebuild our booking portal system from scratch with your suggestions as well as our own ideas in mind. 


    We have engaged with market leading UI/UX designers to inspire the redesign of the booking portal to ensure we bring you the best product possible.


    Some key improvements we have focused on include:

    • Improving usability and reducing clicks
    • Simplifying the pathway needed for a booking, including mandatory selection of modality (physio, chiro, exercise physio etc), location and type of appointment (new or follow up etc). If you don’t have more than one modality or location your clients are not presented with these choices.
    • Adding custom filters for your clinical staff, e.g. shoulder specialist, senior clinician, pilates instructor. These are custom filters input by you.
    • Client back end for managing appointments, payments and client details.
    • Geotargeting for the closest location to your client.

    Hi there

    We are working through and updating both current and historical feature requests.

    To update, regarding your request, this is a subject we have communicated to ACC previously as well as recently so it is on our radar.

    Unfortunately ACC’s guidelines currently still do not include Mx.

With online booking up and running the next step would be able to integrate into a online payment gateway i.e. PayPal or for Gensolve to have the ability to take payment online with a third party. Similar functions are available on timely i.e. http://help.gettimely.com/article/255-working-with-paypal

  8. We are having trouble keeping track of when a new AHRR plan needs to be sent by the clinician. We would like to suggest that an alert be sent to the clinician prior to a set no (like the icon on the vendor that warns when you are approaching the end of treatment) and then the alert is sent.

  11. When we currently autoschedule sms reminders we can check the box that reminds them of classes too. But this send out a sms template that reminds them of the physio appointment. It would be good if we could separate the two groups and create a template that send the classes a reminder but not the rest of the people that have appointments. So they don't get 2 messages.

  12. For example: instead of the time displayed that a bottom of a clinician's schedule for the day displaying 7.5 hours total, it could say, 5 hours physio appointment, 2.5 clinician appointment. This would help contractors add up their time sheets more efficiently.

  13. For appointments that have been cancelled or patient did not arrive, it would be beneficial for these appointments to come up in the drop down box that lists appointments that have been attended or currently booked in the future.

  14. Would it be possible to get 2 or more booking links for one clinic as we are in the unique position of having physio's work at local high schools and would prefer that booking at the school online be an option for the nurses at that school only, not for the general public

  15. Please allow statements to show Cr and Dr transactions. This is particularly useful for clients that don't pay the full invoiced amount in one payment, and allows them to see that their payments have been getting reconciled.

  19. Please link the ethnicity between the patient information screen and the ACC45. The information comes from the ACC45 but needs to be entered on the patient information screen so we need to switch screen. Make it like the employment infomations
