  1. At the moment clinicians 'professional statements' only allow for plain text. Given that this is our last chance to direct the right client to the right therapist, it'd be great if we could include bold text, bullet lists etcetera to help us get the information across as effectively as possible... full html would be even better.

  3. Clients have asked that the option for using their email address instead of a random user name as their email address is much easier to remember. If they forget the random user name there is no way of booking without a new registration.

  4. When choosing a treatment to book online, clients have suggested it would be useful for the corresponding dollar value of the treatment chosen to pop up so they can make an informed decision about booking or not.

  6. For non-ACC patients (e.g. Neuro) we record a huge variety of outcome measures, often done on different days and over a long period. The outcome measures box only allows to record findings from 6 different days. I would like to see this extended to an unlimited amount, so we can trace progress/ decline over time.

  7. When you email from Gensolve and it creates an event it would be great to be able to select an event type from this screen rather than have to go to events and change it from email out to something more appropriate.

With online booking up and running the next step would be able to integrate into a online payment gateway i.e. PayPal or for Gensolve to have the ability to take payment online with a third party. Similar functions are available on timely i.e. http://help.gettimely.com/article/255-working-with-paypal

  11. We are having trouble keeping track of when a new AHRR plan needs to be sent by the clinician. We would like to suggest that an alert be sent to the clinician prior to a set no (like the icon on the vendor that warns when you are approaching the end of treatment) and then the alert is sent.

  12. When prospects go to our site to book, currently there is no way of tracking the ones that dont complete the booking. We have a conversion rate of 20% of people that go the booking page actually go on to book an appointment. It would be great to get there email sent to us, saying Joe bloggs signed up to book an appointment but didnt actually make one. Then we(our clinic or Gensolve) could send them an email saying, "whoops, sorry we see you didnt book....."

    stats from google suggest that its would be reasonablke to suggest that we could…

  13. It would be fabulous to be able to direct patients to a particular consultation type from a URL. I.e. new patients could click an online link that would take them directly to an Initial Consultation appointment - this is especially useful for practices that utilise different time frames for different appointment types, so that patients can't book a half hour session for what is required to be a one hour consultation.

    We are working through and updating both current and historical feature requests.

    To update, regarding your request, this is a subject we have communicated to ACC previously as well as recently so it is on our radar.

    Unfortunately ACC’s guidelines currently still do not include Mx.

  16. Would it be possible to get 2 or more booking links for one clinic as we are in the unique position of having physio's work at local high schools and would prefer that booking at the school online be an option for the nurses at that school only, not for the general public

  19. When entering date of injury, day/month/year if the day is 31 but the month you are currently in doesn't have 31 days it auto reverts to 1
    Is it possible to have the date appear blank so this 'glitch' doesn't cause incorrect dates to be entered on ACC forms?

  20. When a new online booking is made, the clinician with whom the booking is made should be able to be notified by SMS. This is most useful, for example, when a booking is made overnight for early the next morning. The therapist may not know that they now have an early patient and may miss the appointment, leading to all sorts of problems.

    Gensolve has embarked on a project to redesign and rebuild our booking portal system from scratch with your suggestions as well as our own ideas in mind. 


    We have engaged with market leading UI/UX designers to inspire the redesign of the booking portal to ensure we bring you the best product possible.


    Some key improvements we have focused on include:

    • Improving usability and reducing clicks
    • Simplifying the pathway needed for a booking, including mandatory selection of modality (physio, chiro, exercise physio etc), location and type of appointment (new or follow up etc). If you don’t have more than one modality or location your clients are not presented with these choices.
    • Adding custom filters for your clinical staff, e.g. shoulder specialist, senior clinician, pilates instructor. These are custom filters input by you.
    • Client back end for managing appointments, payments and client details.
    • Geotargeting for the closest location to your client.
