Is it possible to add another merge field to client letter templates so that an emergency contact and phone number appears on printed forms when the information is entered in Gensolve instead of remaining blank whether one is entered or not

Ability for GPM to Match Known As Name when a Client Registers using Known As Name
Currently, when a User Registers on the Portal using their Known As name, Gensolve duplicates the Client and doesn't match the Client as it is looking for First Name.
Can we please assess matching by Known As Name if there is one, along with the other matches.14 votes -
Discharges
Make Dishcarged conditions available when booking in a new appointment on the new appointment screen.
When choosing that condition, you could also make it automatically ask if you want to undischarge, and put the info into that box.
Right now, you need to click Ref/Inv/Dx, look up the particular condition, undischarge it, put in the details, open up the new appointment screen and then pick that condition out. Having it available on that screen would speed things up significantly

Please allow statements to show Cr and Dr transactions
Please allow statements to show Cr and Dr transactions. This is particularly useful for clients that don't pay the full invoiced amount in one payment, and allows them to see that their payments have been getting reconciled.

When ACC claims have been accepted symbol shown on future appts
Currently it is time consuming to complete client ACC appts, as you have to go into the client apt history to make sure claim has been accepted. It would be easy if a symbol (A) could appear on any further apts, to show quickly that this claim has been accepted and can be completed.

Carry over discounts for appointments
We have an additional dropdown for discounts e.g. 15% off for gold card under the treatment charge. When booking new appointments, this doesn't carry over to the next appointment, which makes us look terrible in front of patients! Can the discounts carry over automatically?

When an ACC45 expires, can the remaining splinting also be expired?
When an ACC45 expires, the remaining treatments automatically expire. It would be great if any remaining splinting could also be expired/returned to $0 so that therapists don't allocate it incorrectly.

Could we please add a gap override option in class payments like we have in normal appointment payment screens

Remove # until last appointment
When booking client ahead of time and the last appointment available for that claim has also been entered then all appointments to the end date have a # symbol. This tells me that each appointment is the last where in fact it is not. This causes much confusion on quick glance and often a quick glance is all the Physiotherapist can spare. It would be great if the # was reserved for the last appointment only.

When you cancel and rebook an appointment the Appt notes are transfrered to the new appointment
When you cancel an appointment and rebook for another day it would be good if the original Appt notes are transfrered to the new appointment

Locking letters and uploads
Can we have a feature that gives us the option to allow only certain clinicians to view documents but it is locked to all others?

Due dates and outcomes event templates
Can we have templates set up so that when we put in due dates and providers it can send out reminder templates to all the clinicians linked to that contract at a date so many days before due date?

'Charge to' section in classes having discharged next to conditions where applicable
We have a few clients who have multiple conditions with the same claim no. or DVA no. on them and can't work out which is the current. Having 'discharged' written on them would resolve this

When loading a patient as Private, could the splinting amount default to $0.00
With ACC and NSH patients, the amount of splinting automatically uploads to $345.00. To ensure no mistakes, perhaps the Privately loaded patients could automatically upload to $0.00

Client Booking View Preferences
Useful to have the ability to change the booking view, i.e default is showing the room number then the client name. Could be useful to have the ability to swap these around
