EPC appointment reminder
when booking in new third party appointments, the program needs to have a feature which will alert that all approved appointments have been used rather than allowing continual rebooking of appointments without approval.

See method of payment when hovering over appointment
When hovering over a particular patient's appointment on the day they have been in, it would be great if we could see how they paid for their treatment, ie cash, eftpos. It already comes up 'invoiced' if we invoice them, so to save going into the Accounts tab to see how they paid this would be very handy.

Make Patients Non-Active
Would like to be able to make clients that move away / haven't been seen in sometime inactive. You could then have the choice to search all patients or just those that are active.

MY GENSOLVE APPOINTMENT PAGE
It would be handy to have a separate appointment page that is customisable. The ability to be able to select several providers across different clinics to appear on the same page. ie all managers so meeting times can be easily arranged across the group.

If a client is not sure who their GP is we could look in their practice details and have all the GPs listed.

Add a "ACTIONED TO" column from the 32 screen to be able to notify the receptionist to email off a completed 32
Like what you have done with the letters tab but have one for the 32 screen as well.

OUTCOME MEASURES ON DISCHARGE LETTERS
Currently outcome measures are not on the discharge letter that is sent to the GP. It regularly asks to be updated so it must be important!
Also can the discharge letter be automatically attached to the client's Gensolve file.

Autoschedule SMS - have the ability to SMS classes a different message than the appointment message.
When we currently autoschedule sms reminders we can check the box that reminds them of classes too. But this send out a sms template that reminds them of the physio appointment. It would be good if we could separate the two groups and create a template that send the classes a reminder but not the rest of the people that have appointments. So they don't get 2 messages.

Online booking - Show Clinician's full day but highlight times that are not available
This is to show that the Clinic is open all day but rather than hide the existing appointments, that they are highlighted to show that time is not available.

Distinguish between appt types when adding up total time booked for each clinicain (as appears at the bottom of the schedule)
For example: instead of the time displayed that a bottom of a clinician's schedule for the day displaying 7.5 hours total, it could say, 5 hours physio appointment, 2.5 clinician appointment. This would help contractors add up their time sheets more efficiently.

Client Cancellations
When a client cancels their appt, can it still be shown in their charges area so that we can see by quick viewing how many cancellations they have done, rather than have to create a report.

Automatically send a digital consent form on confirmation of appointment
What we would like is once someone has booked an appointment via the online booking portal, when they receive a confirmation email, would it be possible to modify the confirmation email to include a link to an electronic consent form or if this is not possible is it possible to add a response to the confirmation email that is automatically generated that it send another email automatically as well with the link in it.

For appointments that have been cancelled or patient did not arrive
For appointments that have been cancelled or patient did not arrive, it would be beneficial for these appointments to come up in the drop down box that lists appointments that have been attended or currently booked in the future.
