Reception/Admin are based in one clinic but as we have 5 other clinics we sometimes miss billing Southern Cross on the day as cant remember every patient that is billed under their insurance - if we can make them a different colour on the diary then its easy for admin staff to invoice - a check tab on their client details if insured and an option for us to stipulate colour of their booking???

  4. ACC monitors the following data:
    Maximum treatments per day
    9 or more hours invoiced per day
    25 or more treatments invoiced per day
    8 or more treatments per claim in a calendar month
    While I am aware some of this data can be exported from Gensolve it would help if all these reports were easily available.
    Double billing
    Consecutive days (clients)
    Average treatments per claim
    Average cost per day
    Average number of unique claims
    Number of multiple claims for the same client in the same calendar month

  5. Currently a patient with a long name means the Date of Birth is obscured by the size of the field. There is plenty of real estate on the top of the screen to enlarge the field to allow larger field size.

  6. See attachment as it will not allow pasting here.
    Currently in uploaded files any imported Healthlink documents cannot be named. This creates issues with trying to select them to be exported anywhere. We need to know if they are relevant to be sent. eg What claim do they relate to? Which specialist are they from etc

  7. The max logo resolution is currently too low. This results in a logo on invoices/statements that isn't crisp and looks unprofessional.

  8. Currently right-clicking on an appointment brings up the option to change the status to Arrived, With Practitioner, Completed, Cancelled or No Show.
    It would be useful to have an option for when patients have completed their appointment but still have consent forms, referral letters etc to still upload/generate.
    This would make it clearer to see that a patient has finished their appointment and payment has been processed, but still has pending actions that need addressing before we change the status to completed.

  9. When putting clients on the waitlist, we can move them to an appointment and it then gives the option to delete the wl option. However then there is nowhere to find any record of this waitlist. It would be helpful to have a tab available on the clients file to track the waitlist. You can leave the waitlist option there however this becomes very messy once you have several that have not been actioned.

  10. This is currently an option for physio appointment service charges, but not for contract appointments. Some of our contracts go for a year and we tend to forward book these, but it's frustrating to have to manually add the charge lines each time.

  11. Be able to link a room to a class booked. At present not able to do this so when a particular room ie gym is busy it doesn't flag as busy when a class is on.(easy to double book the space)

  12. When a clinician creates a new letter, could there be the option to make it compulsory to enter the letter details (so the clinician is prompted to write in when the letter/report was sent)

  15. I find that when ever I exit a document, the reference files jump back to the top and I have to scroll down to where I was looking all the time. Nothing major but its quite time consuming when you open the wrong file and then have to scroll through everything to find it again. Can it just stay int eh area you are looking at instead of jumping back to the top. Annoying when you have 50 files on to scroll through.

  19. The default clinician appointment is 30 minutes which can be disruptive to clinicians diaries if not actively altered each time to the desired amount. We would love to be able to set the default to 20 minutes.
