  2. The "All Changes Saved" prompt with each window change is unnecessary and time-consuming. Automatically save changes without the pop-up to improve flow and make documentation more efficient.

  3. If you use gensolve on a small laptop it can be really tiny font and hard to see. Could you please create a way to increase the font size / screens in the application?

  4. When entering a Client Name - Can Gensolve search for both First Name & Known Name. Having to merge lots of clients due to Gensolve not being able to pick this up.

  5. On Clinico there was a general dashboard where helpful in-clinic information/regular phone numbers and ordering websites is able to be posted for all staff to use. This was helpful, as regardless of access, all staff could access this information with a click on dashboard.

  7. We have a problem where ACC send us file names that are very long and they get uploaded but then the clinicians are unable to read them as the file name is too long. Can we get rid of this limitation or otherwise can Gensolve give us a warning when we upload the file that it is too long so we can rename it? thanks

  8. When you select "New Letter" , you can select a name in "Who is this letter being Sent to?", this will then self populate the name and address onto the letter.
    Sometime you need to CC a physio or ACc case manager, but you have to find and type this in by hand. Would be good to select CC details.

  9. Add another field to have the ability to put in more than one specialist in the client detail screen so that when emailing from Gensolve (from the client) you can cc in 2 specialists from the 'Suggetsions' box in the email

  10. As we now need to deliver by telehealth there is a need for more electronic correspondence.
    We are needing to use custom forms to send consent forms and ideally in these emails we also want to send appointment details.
    The custom and client forms do not provide these merge tags.

    HI,

    We are moving in this direction and the ability for Clinicians to be able to use their devise of choice for clinical notes is important to us. As you may have seen our web version is moving ahead and every few weeks there is something a little different. Please keep a look out in Gensovle Web and in our release notes as this is in the process of being done.

  13. Hi, is there any possibility of getting an alert come up when booking an appointment in the ARG book when the appointment has the incorrect site of the appt? We have two options for site and normally it defaults to the correct site when you book again, but when booking single appointments our physios don't always check the correct site is selected and therefore the charge goes to the other site once paid. It's just an administrative hassle transferring charges etc. We are suggesting that if a client's Home Site is different to the site an appt for them is…

  15. While SMS alerts are great, could you look at building an app that alerts patients of their upcoming appointments. It could also let them see free appointment times to book new or change existing. It could also give them access to their exercises given by their physio.

  18. It would be great to alert admin to new consent forms when they come in so they can easily identify when to update client information, e.g. address, GP, employer, etc. Currently I think admin have to look for this information, which is time consuming and could get missed.

  20. Would it be possible for us to change how the searching within the Occupation list works. So that if you type Teacher, all Occupations with the word Teacher within come up as an option.

    Currently if you type Teacher, only those with Teacher at the beginning come up. You have to know what you are searching. For a Secondary Teacher, you have to search using the word Secondary first.
