Out of office feature for clinicans when sending events between team members (eg. comes up with a bracket next to the clinician/user's name with dates out of office)

Ability to overlay clinicians diaries to be able to see gaps in both diaries.
Often we're switching back and forth between clinicians to look for times that suit both of us to either catch up, or do a double with a patient.
It would be awesome if somehow there was the option to overlay 2 clinicians diaries to see available gaps that work for both practitioners1 vote -

Once Commission Batches are created for each pay cycle, it would be great to be able to print out a summary of that period (ie name of clinician and commission due) in a spreadsheet so it can be easily transferred to a payroll program such as MYOB

Have an ACC7428 loaded into the Gensolve application to allow for auto populating and having it automatically attached to a patient's ACC condition - the same as an ACC32.

When we treat a private patient (non-ACC) for a hand injury we are asked to complete the ACC splinting charge. Any splints will be charged
When we treat a private patient (non-ACC) for a hand injury we are asked to complete the ACC splinting charge. Any splints will be charged directly to the patient. Can this step be taken out of the process so the "S" for splinting does not appear on Private patients treatments

Increase the font size of the entire gensolve application
If you use gensolve on a small laptop it can be really tiny font and hard to see. Could you please create a way to increase the font size / screens in the application?

EFTPOS Integration - send payments from Gensolve to EFTPOS machine
POS integration feature.
Allow payments to be sent from Gensolve to an EFTPOS machine and when approved it pays off in Gensolve. Allows for less errors than if you were manually entering EFTPOS amounts2 votes -

There is no address set up in healthlink ACC to send to escmednotes@acc.co.nz Is this something you can organise like the other acc email addresses so an event automatically goes into the patient file

To alert admin when new consent/registration forms are returned
It would be great to alert admin to new consent forms when they come in so they can easily identify when to update client information, e.g. address, GP, employer, etc. Currently I think admin have to look for this information, which is time consuming and could get missed.

Payslip creator
A lot of clinicians will work off a percentage.... is there a way that we can create a payslip from Gensolve where it would tally the weeks total income for each clinician and use the precentages entered to create a payslip??

new appointment prefills infor for new patient
we are loving that new appointment details are prefilling the new patient boxes, but can the phone number please prefill into the mobile phone box not the phone box. We have to move it every time to make sure the reminder is sent out as reminders only go to mobile phone not phone number. Hope that makes sense
