demographic breakdown per clinic
There is currently a report that breaks down demographics - age, gender and ethnic group. This would be very helpful if it could be exported to an Excel spreadsheet and be able to be looked at per clinic/ area

graph of numbers of post codes to enable accurate statistics for PHO quarterly reports
I am required to give client numbers from regional centres for my quarterly report to the PHO . If i was able to have a graph of post codes from my clients it would save a lot of manual adding up

Macrons
It would be great to have macrons (- above a e i o u) added to the characters so we can type in te Reo Maori correctly. And / or special characters as we can find macrons on there too.

Field for Post Surgery Date
Is it possible for a new field for surgery dates if applicable for the condition? Currently date of injury is shown when med notes are opened with the number of weeks.
The same for surgery date and calculation of the number of weeks post surgery would be most helpful.1 vote -

to send an email or text to the clinician to let them know there is an event in GS.
It would be useful at times to know/receive an external alert that there is a new event or a to-do on GS. Especially when travelling to see clients it means you could stop and possibly attend to that task if needed so it is completed in a timely manner.

Changing from week view to day view, automatically go to current day of week
When going from "week" view to "day" view, it would be nice if it didn't automatically go to Monday of that week, unless that was the current day!

New Client per Practitioner
It would be a bey useful analysis to be able to workout the number of New Client(s) each practitioner has seen for a set period of time (e.g. Houman saw 12 new clients in August). This way we can see where we need to improve.

Clinician Revenue Paid Report without Product listed.
It would be great to create the "Clinician Revenue Paid Report - Detailed", but be able to select to remove the Products from the report.

Allow Access to Inactive Commission Templates
When you untick the active tick box on a commission template, it disappears from view and there is no way to access it or reactivate it.
Can a 'Show Inactive Commission Templates' please be added like what is available for Sites, Users, Clinicians etc?

Web enable tick box when copying appointment schedule
When copying an Appointment Schedule for a clinician, can you make the Web Enabled tick boxes available please? At the moment you have to save the new schedule and then open it again to select the web enabled tick box.

Non injured side included in AROM/PROM objective measures to allow comparison....
It would be super helpful if (eg. in the Wrist objective screen) for AROM and PROM we could have an additional slide scale for the uninjured side below the one for the injured side (maybe in a lighter colour or something to distinguish it). Currently we manually write the unaffected side measures in the palpation/physiological movement box but this takes extra time and is harder to compare deficit and progress.

To be able to generate a report of clients that have a highlight on them so we can check the relevance and update. We code various clients to a variety of highlight colours depending on their circumstances and need to be able to check if they are still relevant. Also when buying another business and Gensolve databases are merged we need to make sure we are consistent across the business with how it is being used/applied.

Medical Clinic Letter Template Auto Population
quite often client's no longer have a specific GP but rather go to anyone within a clinic. It would be great when creating a letter and specifically when creating a discharge report that we could select the clinic and not just the GP to self populate the letter.

Please change the leave period colour, or give us an option to change the colour from red. Our reception staff are getting headaches from the bold colour across the screen.

Short term override feature for appointment Schedual
Once a month or so many times a year we run satellite clinics at different location. If the clinician is usually at another site on that day the rest of the time and a new site is also scheduled for that day. The site overlap, causing online booking and booking issues in general. At the moment you can only override all other appointment scheduled which erase all future appointment schedules. Therefore there should be a temporary override feature which only effects that particular day. At the moment to avoid this issue you have to manually schedule the days up to…

Appointment list Report
An option to generate a report that displays all the appointments that clinician l has for the day, which include contact details, patient names, clinician name, times and site. Current report do not include contact details and displays information that would not be needed by admin staff (not in service notes, codes, details that are usually for the clinician not reception staff. We current have to generate excel docs and transfer this information which is very time consuming. It would be useful to send to people that require our patient lists but do not have access to gensolve

Online Consent form upgrade
Online consent form tick box, I suggest adding a link to existing wording.
Currently says
“I have been given the opportunity to read clinic information prior to treatment”This is incorrect as the consent form does not include the clinic information.
Suggest we refer the patient to our websites for further information.
