  1. Why can't the software autorefresh each time an action is taken, such as making an appointment. If another user creates an appointment it is invisible to other users until the software is refreshed. This can lead to double bookings and client irritation.

  3. Change the Ph Home number space on ACC45s to mobile number. At present we have to copy and paste the mobile number to the Phone space on the Client info screen so that this shows up on the ACC45, or copy and paste it into the ACC45 screen. Would save having to copy and paste the mobile number each time.

  6. We have login details under one log in , but now deal with another gensolve user, can you add a drop down box to enable us to select which user we require rather than typing in each time.

  7. We have return clients we see for the same claim but have to make a new contract. We might have multiple contracts open as we have to apply for funding and waiting for a PO. If I am looking for a specific contract for this client, I have to open them to see what that contract was for example AFO's, Compression socks, Modification to AFO etc,

  8. Contract appts not being able to be completed unless they have something in the charge type drop down box or have the ability to choose this function. This way they dont get missed from invoicing or wages

  9. Currently there is a dropdown list in the medical notes creation and in the medical condition to choose between Physiotec and Physitrack before clicking on the 'open' button to the right.

    Our clinic uses Physitrack and its a small hassle but we always have to click on the dropdown list to change it to Physitrack before we can access Physitrack. It is a small hassle but having to do it multiple times a day adds up...

    This will be an easy-to-implement feature - to make either Physitrack or Physiotec a default appearing exercise program when creating med notes - but…

  11. Email is not considered secure by an increasing number of med centres & ask to use an EDI. The reports coming into Healthlink are in the Inbox but we really need them to be in the patients "uploads" tab
    Can be done automatically or can we transfer the reports into the patients "uploads" tab

  12. When sending a message via Healthlink. Would be helpful to be able to use Templates to prepopulate the message. It would work the same as the templates you can create for emails.

  13. On the top bar, would be useful to have an "Events" button.

    This would be instead of having to click "E" next to patient's name, then "Events" tab in "Client details" to see past and current Events related to that patient.

    ie. to see what is pending for a patient, and what has already been completed.

    Currently there is an Event button, but this is only to set a new event.

  16. I would love it to be the F12 key to SAVE as I have just come from VIP. F12 saves everything & exits. I hate having to use the mouse for every screen!

  17. it would be good to be able to right click on a client's appointment and "add to waitlist" from the drop down.

    The access for the waitlist is really hard and it has only a few days longeivity - even to be able to change default settings for this (i.e. so that people are active on the waitlist for 10 days) is so important.

  19. In reports, it would be beneficial to add SMS as the field, and have restrictions such as 'promo received'. In this way the client list can show if the an SMS has been sent or not (not appointment reminder). The SMS feature is used frequently for marketing, but currently the report to find these contacts is lacking.

  20. To have a visual ROM measure in the objective outcomes. I.e. a picture of an upper body from difference angles where the clinician can draw the shoulder range. This visual measure makes it easier to track progression and communicate amongst other providers. Example attached
