  1. POS integration feature.
    Allow payments to be sent from Gensolve to an EFTPOS machine and when approved it pays off in Gensolve. Allows for less errors than if you were manually entering EFTPOS amounts

  5. Why can't the software autorefresh each time an action is taken, such as making an appointment. If another user creates an appointment it is invisible to other users until the software is refreshed. This can lead to double bookings and client irritation.

  6. Contract appts not being able to be completed unless they have something in the charge type drop down box or have the ability to choose this function. This way they dont get missed from invoicing or wages

  8. it would be good to be able to right click on a client's appointment and "add to waitlist" from the drop down.

    The access for the waitlist is really hard and it has only a few days longeivity - even to be able to change default settings for this (i.e. so that people are active on the waitlist for 10 days) is so important.

  10. To have a visual ROM measure in the objective outcomes. I.e. a picture of an upper body from difference angles where the clinician can draw the shoulder range. This visual measure makes it easier to track progression and communicate amongst other providers. Example attached

  11. Posting this again as had an error when I posted the idea a few minutes ago.
    The colour of the font for consents custom forms is too pale. A darker blue will be great. Also the automated message when form submitted. could it please say something like thanks for your time, your completed form has been submitted instead. we have lots of elderly folks and they called to check that we have got their forms Thank you

  15. Using the Online booking Report, It would be great if you can customise it by referral source so you can see how they came to booking online. Or at least have the "edit " function next to the name in the report so we can easily go into each client.

  16. When emailing from patient uploads, as well as the options that come up in 'suggestions', it would be great to be able to access at least a few generic email addresses' (eg radiology clinics and others who are not specified in the patient profile.

  18. When adding an expense, you cannot see the full product name as often the box is too small. It would be helpful if you could hover over the name and see it in full as often we have several sizes of the same product but the size is at the end of the description in order to keep them all together in the list.

ACC require us to report on the number of days between the appointment and when we send the report, this is relevant to a number of contracts and you would have numerous users with the same requirement. It would be a huge time saver for us to be able to do a report which worked out the number of work days between the appointment date and the date as of report as shown in the due dates and reminders as well as a average thereof from a date selection.

In healthlink, when admin/reception is sending GP letter can we please have an option for a template for our name, practice name & phone number so we do not have to type this every time,at the bottom of the accompanying letter. We have this feature on the actual GP letter this is for the accompanying letter from admin staff. Thanks
