Shortcut to accounts
Having a shortcut button for viewing a client's accounts would be great, the same way there's a shortcut to see their uploads/letters/appointments etc.

Amount Outstanding to Appear on Invoices
After creating an invoice a client may pay a portion of the invoice but there is often still an amount outstanding on this invoice.
We need the ability to see what remains to be paid on the invoice. Currently it only shows the invoice total on the clients print out and does not take into account any payments made towards the invoice.9 votes -

Showing both preferred name and correct name in snapshot
Useful to show both preferred name and correct name in snapshot especially when searching for client in appointment book. ie. one name could be shown in brackets

Introduce a search button on the Product page
On the products page instead of having to scroll down the page to find the product it would be handy to be able to type the product or part of the product into a search box that would take you straight to it.

To update, regarding your request, this is a subject we have communicated to ACC previously as well as recently so it is on our radar.
Unfortunately ACC’s guidelines currently still do not include Mx.

Have 2 months appear on the appointment diary
When we near the end of a month, errors are occurring in booking appointments due to flicking back and forth between months. If the following month also appeared (always the current month and the next), this would solve this problem, and just be a little more user friendly. A quick glance at the following months dates would save flicking back and forth.

Update Available Email Tags
Having the ability to access all of the email tags regardless of the kind of email template you are using, along with some updates to this list would be greatly appreciated.
When emailing invoices most Workers Compensation debtors now require the patient claim number to be placed in the subject of the email, along with the patient name. Under the current set up I cannot even get the patient name to display in the subject of any email template sent from the accounting form because these details are locked to those email template types. Entering these details gets incredibly time…8 votes -
Send SMS for quick appointments
Ability to send an SMS reminder for a "Quick Appointment". We use "Quick Appointments" for New Patients until they arrive then we convert the appointment. So currently the New patients aren't being included in the Auto SMS reminders.

Appointment pricing showing on web booking - include clinic hours and note from client
Able to show the fee or copayment for the appointment being booked. This could be as the initial or follow up filter is chosen or as additional text about the clinic somewhere on the page? An additional text area will also allow us to include opening hours, parking etc. Also allow client to write in a note when booking which might be injury type or something similar?

When creating a new condition, wants client info to populate to condition, then they will change if need be.
We find entering who referred in the client screen and in the condition screen a double up. Is there anything that we can do that carries forward the details entered regarding the referrer, referral type, why chosen etc throught to the condition screen otherwise it is a lot of double entering.

Character Capacity Clinical Notes
Could you please increase the characters allowed in Clinical note to unlimited (or at least significantly higher than the current character limit). We have clinicians that keep quite detailed notes & the current limit is not ideal as they exceed it.
