Itemisation of 'Rate per hour' and 'GST' on invoices
At the moment invoices just have a column which states the total amount of each item charge. It would be good to have extra columns which specify the rate per hour and GST component of each item charge. This is especially useful for corporate invoicing when we bill at an agreed hourly rate for the service.

CtrlH functionality
When using the CtrlH function, suggest also hiding the active patient in the top left of the screen, rather than just the appointment diary

New blank box to appear under "reffered by" for specific details
Where it has the "referred by" box, under the ACC 45 section, add a blank box underneath to specify details. This would mean we could condense the drop down box to only list general referrers such as friend, doctor, etc and then we can write a specific person in the optional blank box underneath. i.e Referred by "GP" blank box underneath "Dr. Turner".

Emergency Contact Auto-Fill
We often get regular clients coming in for new injuries all year round, they get a bit sick of refilling in the emergency contact for each new injury.

Incorporate Book Again options into Right Click menu rather than as an extra window/menu and double movement. Edit Client, View Letter + Uploads & New Letters already exist in top menu so do they need to be repeated here?

Make a change to not take the Qty of a Service Charge into account when rebooking
Currently, when rebooking an appointment, Gensolve takes into account the Qty of a Service Charge based on the previous appointment. For example, if a client cancels the previous appt, and the Qty is manually set to zero, that Qty of zero will populate to the next appointment booked using that Service Charge.

Have a system setting when sending emails that when enabled, forces the user to confirm the email addresses being sent to
Also could validate emails against the context of the email. For example if the email has come from an Invoice warn if the email address is not for the Debtor or a Debtor Contact relating to the Invoice

Add tab PAID in contracts drop down box
Is it possible to add PAID in the contracts drop down box (at bottom of page) where you would mark pending, approved, completed etc. Often can be paid for contract prior to it being completed. Would help tracking this. Thanks

Calculating productive and non productive hours through appointments
We are trying to calculate and report on the daily productive hours for a clinician ie having the daily hrs. in the appointment calendar reflect appointments only. We have added additional appointment types for the clinical to select ie emails, lunch, training etc. What we are trying to achieve to report how the clinician's day is made up and underpinning salary/bonus structure. If a clinician is showing 60% productivity but spent 10% training, 10% on IT Downtime, the clinician should not be disadvantaged. Having this feature would allow a more granular approach in assessing true productivity.

Search Function for Uploads
It would be good if we were able to search uploads by file type similar to how we can search for events to find missing uploads for client. It is easy to have the wrong client open and have uploaded a document in error without knowing but trying to find that document is impossible
