  1. Insurers are now preferring email invoices and require the patient's claim number in the subject line. There is not an option to have the claim number in the Email templates, we are manually putting it in.

  3. Recall reminder tick option on notes, with optional time lag (eg. 1 month, 1 year etc....), and brief description.

    At present one has to create leave notes, and create an event, etc....

    A simple opt in tick box with time/date could be very very helpful.

  4. Ability to flag an appointment as a Home Visit. This enables the SMS autoschedule to use a Home Visit SMS template. This avoids confusion so they don't get an SMS saying their appointment is at the site location.

  6. Ability for Gensolve to be able to access My Health record. This would allow clinicians to be able to see radiology reports, medications prescribed, hospital discharge summaries, specialist reports all in one location freeing up admin time from having to contact separate entities.

    IS there anyway you can prevent e-schedules being sent out until the contract is approved.
    There is a setting that has it so it waits until the contract is completed but our situation is:
    - We get a referral and need to write a plan, this needs approved before billing can happen.
    - All the apts start getting pushed through once completed but if they get billed then they just get held or declined creating back and forwards.
    - Once we get approval we switch the contract status from ‘pending approval’ to ‘approved’

  11. Currently when you tick the "Post op" tick box in the splinting screen, the box doesn't stay ticked for the next appointment, and some therapists end up charging splinting as HT03 instead of HT13 in error. Can the Tick box stay ticked for subsequent post op appointments?

  12. Merge duplicate clients automatically - if name and date of birth are the same, then merge according to latest available information. If some are similar, then ask if want to merge (eg. Mike and Michael). Also delete blank placeholder names (with no additional data except name).

  14. It would be great to action an upload to a user. Therefore if we upload a specialist letter etc we can action it to the relevant clinician to view and they can document that it has been viewed.

  17. Would be good to be able to change the status of an appointment without having to revert to Confirmed. (ex change from no show set fee to no show no charge) When you revert to confirmed it is easy to lose the reason for cancellation for example. Also would be good to be able to change the reason for cancellation without having to revert to confirmed and do the whole process again.

  20. Would it be possible to attach a room/rooms to a clinician’s appointment schedule. For example we have clinicians who do sessions in the clinic gym where they are unable to see clients who require hands on treatment or where Physio’s see clients at an off-site location (a workplace, or school) – these tend to be regular days/times.
    At the moment we have to make clinician appointments, showing where they are, then slot in the client appointments alongside those. If we could attach a room to the schedule and have a banner down the side of that area of the appointment…
