Allow service charges to be placed in groups or clubs etc
The ability to create client groups which would only have certain service charges available from the complete list. ie if we have a deal with a local club or University group - the service charges would only appear applicable to that group - discounts easier for different admin to recall. You create a charge group- selkect the charges that appear then place the client in thecharge group

Add a client group on the fly from the Client Details window.
We are starting to use Gensolve for more marketing and tracking results with Client Group reports.
It would be useful to be able to add a client group on the fly from the Client Details window.

Email Invoices to Debtors
It would be really great if the email address of a Debtor (eg Accredited Employer Insurer) automatically migrated into the send via email box. The email address of these companies is already in their account information.

OUTCOME MEASURES ON DISCHARGE LETTERS
Currently outcome measures are not on the discharge letter that is sent to the GP. It regularly asks to be updated so it must be important!
Also can the discharge letter be automatically attached to the client's Gensolve file.

SMS Txt Reminders detects to send their 1st appt time
We would like the appt reminder text to send out to the patient their 1st time please. ie, the patient has Acu at 11am & then Physio at 12pm, so instead of getting 2x texts for this, only send the 11am reminder

ACC claims under investigtation
If a claim is understigation can we have a feature that stops the physios or staff from completing the appointments. Maybe a manual feature that gives warnings or stops the clients appts from being completed.

Hover over appt to show number of visits used off referral
Additional to showing the number of appointments remaining.
Can it please display in the popup hover box to show the following information that can be seen after opening the appointment.
The information we would like to see in the hover box is...
eg "This is the 3rd of 3 podiatrist appointments booked for this condition"
and Count appointments from eg "Counted 3of5"this will save us opening the appointment each time we want to see the status of that appointment

Banking - select multiple check boxes using shift button or mouse drag select
When reconciling bank accounts, it would be handy to be able to hold shift and select for example 10 boxes up to a certain date. Then right click "check selected".

patient goals & Activity/treatment
physio favourites. Can we have physio specific goals and treatments.
Ie like short cuts we can chose if its used by all our just for one.
I like basic broad terms but others like specific detailed.
I have ADL, work, sleep, sport and driving. Broad general and then specify. other co workers want more I don't. so physio specific lists1 vote -
differential diagnosis label
I find it very annoying that the diagnosis and differential diagnosis are backwards in the GPM context.
From a clinical standpoint, the diagnosis should always link to the READ code / injury or CC, while the differential diagnosis will be determined by the clinician through the investigative process.
Please make it an option for the clinics to choose where the READ codes / condition upload to. I personally require those to link to the diagnosis field, leaving me the differential diagnosis field to differentiate according to my clinical exam findings.

Add a new feature enabling GST being charged appearing on payments screens.
So it is obvious if gst is being incurred on the payment screen so it can be changed before a mistake is made.

To have the option of sorting Service Charge by date and total by date as well as the grand total (Accounting Report)
I want to see what practitioners service charges are by day as well as by type.

Distinguish between appt types when adding up total time booked for each clinicain (as appears at the bottom of the schedule)
For example: instead of the time displayed that a bottom of a clinician's schedule for the day displaying 7.5 hours total, it could say, 5 hours physio appointment, 2.5 clinician appointment. This would help contractors add up their time sheets more efficiently.

F4 key and Shortcut key to be available in Custom Progress Notes
The new custom progress notes which has a more narrative style of entry is great for all contract work. The notes do not currently have the F4 key for quick review or the shortcut button for the fields. The F4 key allows for easy review and is a good audit tool. The shortcuts would be valuable to allow the population of key headings and protocols that are utilised through different aspects of contract entry

Adding Physical Activity Vital Sign Measurement under General Health Weekly exercise
The recommendation from Exercise is Medicine, a global initiative launched by American Medical Association and American College of Sports Medicine in 2007 is to ask all clients the below two questions known as the PAVS (Physical activity Vital Sign). On their website exerciseismedicine.org they urge practitioners to get this vital sign integrated into the CMS, hence my email to you. Most Physiotherapists in NZ now use Gensolve and therefore I would be very grateful if you could integrate these Vital signs into the database so that all patients are asked this question.
